Everything about this mod is a pain in the &#!, pain in the &#! to hunt, pain in the &#! to level, and a pain in the &#! to try and find a slot for in your build (The freaking thing at max rank takes up a whopping 20 mod slots!) I haven't leveled mine yet... what I'm wondering if it is even worth it at max rank, 27% more speed doesn't seem like much.

Welp, now I'm going to be spending the next weeks trying to learn and master this elegant script, thanks to those who contributed in deciphering!

Ah ok, knew about the loadout system but never knew that you could gain slots by ranking up, thanks for the info.

Ok so I finished my mastery rank 13 test today and at mission complete screen I noticed a little pop up on the side saying I unlocked a new inventory slot. When I checked my Inventory I had gained no new Warframe or Weapon slots which makes me wonder... Is this message just a placeholder hinting at upcoming mastery rank rewards, or is this system already in place and there's a bug that;s not giving me my slots? I'm guessing most likely the former.

Meh... pretty easy to get just 20 plat in trade chat so... yeah just do that buy your reactor build it and sacrifice it. Doesn't seem like a big deal to me.

It seems like two of the tiles clipped through each other on a corpus sabotage mission on neptune and as a result has blocked a hallway making it impossible to progress through the mission.

This popped into my head the other day while flying, so I played in on spotify, and whatdyaknow... fits pretty well.

Ok I tried the level again this morning, It seems like the enemies are either clipping or spawning into the asteroids and when they do they are unable to get out. They either try to get out and get stuck near the surface. Or they are just in the asteroid completely making them impossible to kill. I also noticed when I got stunned I managed to clip through a thin metal bar and instead of being able to fly off I got stuck exactly like the drones did.

I don't know if this is what you were talking about but what I did notice was that when I was eliminating the surviving drones, 2 of them were stuck in the middle of an asteroid thus making them impossible to kill and they could still shoot at me. I was not able to complete the mission on earth and had to abort.

You can max rep with 4 syndicates , Arbiters, Suda, Steel and Red veil or New Loka, Perrin Sequence, Veil, and Steel. Just max out Arbiters/Perrin and Suda/Loka, work with Red veil or Steel meridian and gain rep for the other ally and max it out, avoid working with that faction though, or else you will bring down rep for Arbiters/Perrin.

It was Vor that said that tenno were the divine energy and I don't think that was supposed to be taken literally, He was saying it wasn't the Warframe Exosuits that gave the tenno their power, but the power was possessed by the tenno themselves and that the Warframes were just used to focus that energy.
DE has outright said on Livestream that Tenno started Human. I'm referencing that and not lore scraps.

Last I checked, Steel Meridian was protecting colonies while the Red Veil was all about "a great and violent purge".
One of them is definitely the resistance, but it sure isn't the Red Veil.
Literally the first line in the description for specters of liberty was: "This is Cantis of the Red Veil Resistance and I am asking for your help." They have only attacked grineer and corpus and not the neutral kind. Sounds like a resistance to me.

Hmm... those who lose a polarized ability slot due to the U15 Changes should receive some way to re-polarize without resetting rank? Seems fair to me. They already spent time trying re-level the frame the first time, they shouldn't be forced to simply redo that again. (It's a pain in the &#! especially for Warframes) As long as the forma isn't tradable so that there is no nonsense like the legendary fusion cores again everything should be fine. Min-Maxers get to redistribute polarities they already earned where they see fit after the update, and DE continues to improve their image for not simply blowing off the minority of its community. Makes em stand out from other developers like perfect world.

Headhunter (Snipers) +1x damage multiplier for repeat headshots (or shots to weakpoint) after the first (first head shot normal 2x, second 3x, 3rd 4x, max 5x. Multiplier returns to normal after missed shot to head or 8 seconds have passed with no fire, timer resets with each headshot..
Physical Damage Mutation (Swaps Highest physical damage of weapon (Slash, impact, puncture) with another type depending on the associated mod (so lets say you want slash damage on your hammer)
Flak Jacket (Reduces Explosive damage, and prevents knockback from missiles or volatile runner, grants immunity to self inflicted explosive damage)
Aggrovate - (Draws aggro to equiped)
BloodRush- (Melee) Decreases Channeling efficiency, while channeling will drain health over time to increase damage and attack speed, has momentum (while attacking immune to knockdown and stuns) will trigger rage to gain energy, will draw from energy pool with quick thinking, health can still be replenished with life strike, will need balancing)

Thermovision + Punchthrough for snipers (Combo Mod)
Power Mutation mods (Increases power for damage abilities and adds elemental damage and procs)
Heatseaking (Angstrum Ogris and Penta)
Damage Absorb (Melee) - Blocked Damage gets absorbed then is released on next melee attack
Lucky Charm - Increases Rare Item drop chance
Second Wind - (Damage while downed greatly reduced, kill an enemy for auto revive)

Red Veil, New Loka and The Perrin Sequence.
Using the data in the latest dev stream and the wiki I made a proper chart of syndicate relationships:
Green= Allys
Yellow=Neutral
Red Orange= Rival
Dark Red = Hostile
Since those three are either Allied or Neutral with Each other there should be no repercussions for reputation among these syndicates. Sure I'll have to work harder to build rep with the red veil since I'm not working with steel meridian and getting the alliance bonus for that, but still. Edit: Fixed Chart... I think... (Feel Free to use the chart however you like.)
