  1. These =( I somewhat wish I can even complain about the other bugs right now because I can't even play the game sigh.
    Before anyone starts talking about how I have poopy internet, I'd just like to mention that I'd troubleshooted on my end and that I have NBN, which is the current best option the country I reside in (Australia) has. Unless you're implying the whole country has horrid internet (which to be fair, we do) and thereby is unable to play said game, please reconsider telling me I have bad internet =(.

    This whole holiday has been far from enjoyable. Couldnt progress with the game at all as progress was always lost post mission with the "Network Not Responding" error. Please look into this DE. Or at least dully acknowledge that there's a portion of the community affected by said bug (Communication and transparency really keeps us happy, it's how you build a stronger relationship with your playerbase!) =(.

  2. Thanks for the hotfix DE, however I'd like to slip in a tiny voice of complaint about a certain on going issue that hasnt seemed to recieve much light.

    There's still an ongoing Network Not Responding Error post mission completion, and sometimes in ships. I'd assumed it was an error caused on my end however repeated troubleshooting would indicate it not the case. Was hoping the recent hotfix had somehow patched the bug but it persists upon experimenting again (Completed a few missions, no rewards updated into account as a result of said bug). It's reducing the enjoyability of the game by quite a bit, and I'd hope it gets looked into soon =(

  3. Hello all that are relevant, (I hope I'm posting in the right section)

    Following one of the previous updates (I believe 2 versions ago) I had become unable to log in.
    Everytime I log in it gives me the error message "Log in failed. Please check your info" or something along those lines.

    I am still able to log on to the website, and have since resetted my password, however the problem still persists.

    I own 2 accounts and am able to log in with my other one, so I am fairly certain that this is a bug/errr that exist only with this specific account.

     

    I had waited until another patch hoping the error would resolve itself, but much to my dismay it apears it had not.

    I am unsure what the cause of the problem is, if anyone can offer me a solution please do-

     

    Error: Unable to log in, each time I am prompted with "Log in failed. Please check your info"

    Actions taken to address my issue-

    Resetted password.
    Tried logging on from different locations/machines.
    Both failed, at my wit's end.

    If there has already been a solution posted please link, my own browsing around hadnt turned up anything useful.
