It is a PVE game. WHERE is the PAY 2 WIN?
What can you even win?
You get your gun a week faster than so-an-so. Thats likely a week less that you will be enjoying the game.
Being able to acquire everything through normal game play DOES justify any and all of your gripes.
Like seriously, who are you competing with for this to matter? You were apparently fine with the game before this update, so what has changed?
There are going to be more events like the MOA hunt in the future with leader boards ect .

I see something many people in this thread may be overlooking when comparing Warframe to WoW or Diablo regarding Power-Progression/Power-Creep and when a straight upgrade renders a former weapon obsolete -
One big difference is that in Warframe you take United States Dollars (USD) and purchase platinum.
With the platinum you purchased with USD you buy a Weapon.
With the platinum you purchased with USD you buy a Slot to put the weapon in.
With the platinum you purchased with USD you buy a potato for the weapon
Those are real US Dollars, not fake money.
Then an hour later, a new patch is released with a "copy" of the same weapon except every stat is a slight improvement along with a visual upgrade. It's a straight upgrade to the weapon you just purchased, not a sidegrade, but a pure upgrade in every way. Rendering the weapon you just bought, and bought a slot for, and bought a potato for ...obsolete and less desirable.
You basically just threw away real USDollars for nothing. It's not pretend money, it's real money that you just lost - whisked away by a straight upgrade. You may as well as just lit those dollars on fire and watched them burn away in the wind...
That's the difference.
And ask yourself: how many players that get burned like that once, will stick around for it to happen a second time? A third time?
Warframe doesn't want to go down this road.
People don't realize that if you accept the upgrade, they'll keep doing it and with a p2p game like Warframe, it will be more rapid .
It works slightly in wow because gear doesn't go obsolete at least until every other year .
But the road Warframe is going right now, your spending real money to buy forma which goes into a weapons that may go obsolete every month .

Dethcube is just plain better then Wyrm, there is no objection .
Wither this is laziness (not fixing Wyrm) or greed (more CPM), it still stands that Dethcube is better .
They should just remove Wyrm .

I'm not saying they may have changed some numbers around to favor them but I'm saying some numbers may have been changed around to favor them .

Currently you can get Forma by:
Platinum, Login Rewards, ? Alert Rewards, or possible Mission Complete Rewards for missions in "The Void".
It is indeed rare, but can be obtained several ways...
So basically your going to have to buy them if you want to get anywhere in a decent pace .
I'm pretty sure that the ? Alerts are going to be same if not higher then potatoes drop rate, Mission Rewards for the Void make you have to farm keys (which in itself are pretty hard to get) or obvious PAY to get them . Login rewards ? That is laughable .

Im with you about being provided more precise stats and not just with abilities it would be nice if it told everything about weapons and warframes. But anyway im not sure about "exact" figures but ive been using rhino for a while and as far as i know his spells ignore amor as i appear to obliterate grinner with charge and as for "minimal damage" which im guessing was from rhino stomp ability but it basically means literally nothing, i think it only does like 1 damage.
Apparently you're the only one, everyone else seems content with being fed anything .

I'm reading the info on the wiki page (the only source of information that is easily accessible) about Rhino and it only says minimal dmg ? Are his spells affected by armor ? Does his E and R get buffed by continuity ? Why the hell is charge increased by continuity ? What the hell is the dmg on charge ?

I don't know why exact numbers are so hard to produce, especially if people are paying for it .

The rhino will be useless for a long time, the changes made it even worse.
This saddens me as a once avid rhino user
Rhino was useless when Frost came out and Rhino is the one that got nerfed .

So what? How does someone spending $50 to unlock a slightly better item or someone who spends 20 hours grinding to get this item effect you at all?
It effects me because if people accept this, DE could get anyway with anything in the future and just yell "Pay or Grind !" when any objection is made .

OMG! A few new weapons that are difficult to obtain are slightly better than their counterparts?
We should all just ragequit now.
Entering a credit card number is pretty hard .
The argument that it is harder to obtain therefore it should be better is completely invalid in a case that you can just buy said item .

Well obviously the stalkers kunai would be better because its harder to obtain unlike the regular one where you just buy a BP its a PvE game. Deathcube on the other hand might be a problem.
Harder to obtain right ? You can just buy it, that's the problem with that argument .

Gonna get a lot of S#&$ for this but I've noticed (for my own time zone) that alerts with anything that isn't a random helmet or S#&$ artifact only happens before 12PM or after 11PM .
Also 200000 scavengers alerts .

What's the difference between the two kunai?
Stalker's does 10 more damage but I'm currently waiting for the flood of "IT'S A PVE GAME OMG COME GUYS!"

Dethcube is a better version of Wyrm .
Stalker's kunai is a better version of regular kunai . (There are no cons to using stalker's it's just straight up better)
I thought you wanted all weapons to have some cons to balance out it's pros DE, so that all weapons are just side-grades but it seems that we'll be seeing just better weapons in newer updates .
Can't wait for Frost v. 3.0

This game doesn't operate through the power of love like you folks seem to think.
If you want new stuff NAOH you are going to have to drop some cash for it and if you dont want to drop cash you are going to have to wait for it.
If you like this game and want it to continue to grow i dont see why you would get angry that they offer some pay options.

It's not about getting items now it's about having a way for free players to get the items that all, RNG is the stupidest excuse for cash grabs but people (Those certain) eat them up .
