I have the same problem. I have enough slots on my warframe and weapons inventory but I still can't add my crafted sentinel. If there is a place where you can get sentinel space I don't see it.

Im glad about the artifact fix. But I haven't received mine which I last got yet in an alert mission :c I've reported. Hope I get it soon.

I also received energy syphon with an alert mission. I didn't receive it either.
Also I noticed something. After observing the artifacts I saw that I might have energy syphon? I was hovering around on the square thingy and it gave the description of the syphon. However I could not click on it so I could not select it. Tried clicking everywhere on the box but nothing helped.
I also validated Waframe through steam. It said there were files missing and it installed them again. After that I started it again but still no syphon...

Things seem to be fixed now. But a few minutes ago I couldn't play Warframe at all or even visit the website. The update kept failing. Now its busy updating atm but it doesn't give any errors so I'm hoping it should be fine.
