  1. Warframe have too much timegates now which makes too much duties and people want to get through those as fast as possible so they can play the game.

Weekly archon hunt, weekly netracell, weekly kahl, daily sortie, daily standing caps, then there is nightwave which makes us a lot of variety stuff. People can't farm what they want, they do what they can and when they are not in the mood to do these weekly gates but know they won't have time to do it later and they miss out if they don't, this is what you get.

Now it's even worse that we even have a timed event to get eidolon arcanes. I can't blame people quitting netracell missions early on newbies, because out of the 10 missions I never had a complete competent party where there wasn't someone who kept killing the enemies outside of the circle. It hurts to see how disconnected people are when I'm doing steel path effervo. Most of them have no idea where they are.

Replace "DE" with [basically every game developer out there]

Publisher's business strategy to release a game/content on certain window, and gamer's inability to be patient is the real culprit.

    Remember cyberpunk?

That game wouldn't get as negative reactions if cdpr release it now instead of last year.

Well at least every game companies aside from nintendo. We're lucky that nintendo is living in their own bubble and so disconnected with our demands. they just wanna release polished games. Botw got a record breaking delay, through a whopping full console life cycle, then it win GOTY.

Thanks, cyberpunk is a perfect example that shouldn't be followed. They delayed cyberpunk by like 3 times, for a cumulative 1 year, and it was still in terrible condition instead of being released as a bug free and polished game after an extra year of development. It's the companys fault they hyped people for an unfinished product.

"Other game developers are same/worse" is not a reason to set unrealistic dates or promise unrealistic features.

    no cross-play: people complains.

    yes cross-play: people complains.

    suck to be DE 😢

    More like:
    No crossplay: people complain
No crossplay or info about it for half a year since they announced: people complain

DE did this to themselves again. They love to make promises to create hype, then they push it for years. Sucks to be someone who eats all this.

Yeah, no. That would be called "intermission" and while I can understand that you personally liked it, take a look at the forums, many others want the stories and dislike the intermissions.

You don't understand that I dislike the stories, because DE sat between two chairs and the stories turned out to be low effort islands. It would take more resources than what DE intends to spend on NW lore to be a worthy content.

The glassmaker is another intermission with a monthly half hour extra investigation content and a few new cosmetics.

Edit: Many people disliked the wolf only because his health and armor, not the concept.

  6. DE should admit they have no resource to keep up with NW stories, then ditch the stories to make NW only a season pass. The stories are islands, don't add much to the game and are half-assed. It's like we got NW to also replace tactical alerts and they wanted to synchronize a small lore with it to create immersion, but it turned out to be too much for them and they are too stubborn on this project.

I liked the wolf though, I was hoping for him to stay just as I was hoping for the new infested enemies to stay. It was disappointing to see that the NW stories are temporary stuff and ultimately add nothing to the game.

You need to be careful about how you are quoting. You are showing me as saying something I didn't.

And regarding what you wrote above, that's how compassion works, it's when you understand that even though you may not have a problem, others might. So them having technical difficulties, or in fact any other difficulties, and trying to deal with that is something that we can consider.

And upon consideration, does it seem like a great idea to force start the missions, instead of just leaving and joining a new group, or do it solo? How is adding to someone's problems a better solution in your mind?

    Sorry, edited that.

No, I leave before joining another fast fissure, because afk people don't pick relics and that hurts farming efficiency.

The question is: Why should the one that is ready leave, and not the one who isn't? If I'm not leaving the squad instantly, because I'm afk, I have no problem leaving the mission I was dragged into.

This whole topic is about proving people who force start are bad. As I see, people who demand others to wait are worse.

Again you having a handful of seconds to bail, is all well and good, but being able to understand how your situation may not be their situation is how compassion works. Spend a little time thinking about it.

Sure, but that's not my problem. I was told multiple times that the basic public mindset is not having any expectations, so I'm not demanding anything from my squad at the cost of empathy. I only join to a few specific mission types in public, where I need the other players for like more relic reward options in fissures, enemy spawn count meatbags in survival etc.

If someone have technical difficulties, deal with them.

Quoting myself: I'm waiting for an auto-leave feature, until then "It'S pUbLiC".

Latency is a thing. Sometimes you don't have a chance to part, or you get a really narrow window to do so.

Understanding that you may not be facing the same situation as others is a major part of how compassion works. It seems that a lot of people are just not getting that.

They have 6-7 seconds and even more if it's not initiated with the repeat mission button. The system encourages spamming missions.
As much as I could leave, so are they, it's a double edged sword.

I'm waiting for an auto-leave feature, until then "It'S pUbLiC".

so actualy you are one of the many players why the community has become shait.

if your time is so expensive that you can't wait at all, why even bother running it with others? since you are a golden hero that needs no one else.

when i'm in a hurry, i at least have the decency the leave the group, and not force others to keep up with my crap and force start a mission

If their time is so expensive, why don't people leave the squad instead of whining about force start?
You don't want the same fissure mission next? Leave. You want to change your loadout? Leave. Your forma is finished? Leave. You are done with the invasion? Leave.

Leave the squad if you are not up to the next mission immediately. You are expecting others to do the same, while they are ready to continue. What is so special about you that makes you demand such things?

There's a whole history to that whole meme that lead DE to literally hardcode an instant 7 days ban into kickbot for this one. I don't think I'm allowed to bring back the whole story behind it, but consider that the word "trap" is often considered as a slur to designate male to female transpeople. I'm afraid it's all I can say. If it's a slur, it probably needs to not be said to begin with.

It still sucks to see people tricking new players into saying these two words together though.

Exactly what I meant. They want these rules more strict while this is already ridiculous?

    Wait and see.

No one wants to see extremists spewing up some outright disgusting nonsense both in game and in the forums. Reinforcing the rules on that point isn't necessarily a bad idea. If this is done the right way, then the amount of in game toxicity should drop by a fair amount. Every single of these issues will be thoroughly reviewed on a case by case scenario in order to avoid unfair bans. We definitely don't want to go absolutely berzerk because some user said something vaguely controversial.

I know this is some scary news, and to be fair it also got me worried for a moment, but in the end it's all about making a welcoming place for absolutely everyone.

Perhaps I can try to answer a few questions here.

I mean, people are getting automatically chat banned for having the words "nezha" and "trap" in the same paragraph.

What you wrote now is outright not true.
