Same thing for me. I discovered all the caves and all of them are shown on the map but the achievement is at 25/30

No, just the achievement. Tbh, if you don't want the achievement, it' pretty useless to unlock the entire focus tree because you won't use every skill (which means if you still unlock them you waste focus points).

I'm on PC so I can't guarantee that it works on PS4 but with one of the latest updates, they released Focus 2.5 in which they reduced the cost of each skill. After this update you had to respec and when I did that the achievement popped up.

I just put the points back in the skill tree and now it worked for me

Hello. After reading through this post I would love to join the clan because it seems like a very cool and chilled place to be. I see myself similar to Valdemire (not a new player but not a pro or veteran either). I already left my old clan and I really hope I can be part of this one.
