  1. I might not know of some game design in index, but the credits rewarded at the end of index, shown in the mission report, do not seem to add up to the credits that they should.

    If i understand how index works correctly, for high risk (100 points) you invest 50k and you get 200k profits back + 50k of invested credits. With 100% credit booster you get 2x that amount, so either 400k or 500k (if the invested part is also effected by the booster). If you also have a double credit weekend you get 2x of the previous amount, so 800k or 1 mil. I screenshotted my credits before i did 3 rounds, and i noticed that I got 50k less than 3 mil, which by the previous math seems logical, but the mission report says i got 3.7 mil, which i definitely didn't get. What am i missing here? I tested it a few times, and the credits in the mission report of index are always higher than actual gains.

  2. Now that there is a credit event, in almost every mission of index there is one player afk-ing from the start. Does reporting these players do anything? I'v started to take screenshots, but if i remember correctly we are not allowed to share the names of other players. BS that there is still no way to kick afk players or there being some other system to punish them. I understand that giving vote kicking can be abused, but it depends on how you implement it. Or at least having some tracker that in a mission compares how long you've been afk compared to active. And for punishment you kick afk players from the game, and disable them from public matchmaking for X hours. And more you afk, the longer the public matchmaking bans would get. 

    Idk, i hate afk players. In most missions i already have to do most of the work, but then also having afk players just makes me not want to play public. If i have to do everything i might as well play solo.

  3. I just realised i waisted my time with this game mode. I picked 5 out of 8 "challenges", got the same rewards as if i did 2 netracell runs, but spending a bunch more time on it. I tough that by redoing the mission i could get more research. I also tough you get 15 longhorn and not 3.

    Also I absolutely hate RNG loadouts. I CAN'T FORMA EVERY WEAPON AND FRAME IN THE GAME 3+ TIMES!!!!! Although like others said, a bunch of forma won't help a lot of weapons anyway.

    DE doesn't have a clue anymore. Every update is full of misses, and then it takes them for ever to fix/modify things. They use us like testers, except they look at the stats and ignore our feedback on the forums.

  4. and on another attempt it's one of those ghost drones, that after nuking the whole circle multiple times, i can't continue and can't find the right drone to kill. But there is one invincible drone, fixing things and moving around.

    current count: 3 failed mission attempts vs 4 successfully finished.

  5. It can still happen that the drone in netracells doesn't spawn or that there is no marker. Also sometimes that it does spawn and there is a marker, you guys hid it so well that after 5 min of searching i can't find it and just nuke everything in the entire circle.

  6. after 10+ years of game developing, DE still doesn't have a clue how to balance the game. They either nerf things into the ground, or buff them so that they break the game. And it took them more than 2 months to remove non legendary arcanes from netracells, literally stalling this change.

    Or then you really.... REALLY, need to take your time with the updates to make them work as intended, or at least very close to it.

    I know I'll be doing another event in another game that actually works and has better rewards than "grind your brain out to buy some arcanes".

    Only thing I'm looking forward to is the story quest.... and sadly I'll also expect it to be so buggy that there are some progression stoppers most likely.

    Don't mind others. Apparently they are incapable of even seeing the problems the game has, or at least coming up with their "better" ideas to counter yours or at least give some real arguments. They see your post as a S#&$ post, but actually i think it's actually the other way around.

  8. Why isn't there a way to farm all the kuva weapons without getting duplicates?!?! It could be the same like it is with the bonuses, depending on what warframe you bring into the raid when you create the litch. I mean cammon it's already grindy as hell and very time consuming.

     

    Talking about mindless grind, why do we need to spend 5 formas per kuva weapon to rank them to max. It's just insane. This isn't content but a grind wall people will just ignore and not play the update. 

  9. For me the PvP in this game is totally unenjoyable and frustrating. Last time i played conclave was when we had the last PvP event but i decided to revisit it as i currently have nothing else to do in warframe (and the syandana looks nice). My experience:

     

    Team Annihilation and Cephalon Capture are constantly empty although for me they sound the most fun. I tried them at different times and set the options to EU and american servers, always empty.

     

    Lunaro is either empty or full of very experienced players that totally dominate the game. Because there are no players to play the game mode there is no balancing. These players are so good that even getting the ball is a big challenge. It's totally unenjoyable when your contribution is pretty much the same as if you'd stand in a corner and watch. I know you are supposed to play against better players, in order to learn, but with such a high skill difference it's impossible. It's like if in shooter games every enemy plays like shroud.

     

    Annihilation is the only decent one but even this one has problems. The game is so fast with everybody flying everywhere that hitting anyone is very challenging. Also third person doesn't help much as it makes aiming even harder. You are constantly getting third partied and you die in second while the enemies take multiple shots to kill. Some melee weapons are overpowered where you see players just performing slam attacks. The range is too big, especially why would you be effected by a ground slam if you are in air. Also being hosted by players and not having a dedicated server just makes more problems.

     

    I think the biggest problem with the conclave is what makes the PvE so good, and it's the movement mechanics. In order to get good at conclave it takes a lot of time and skill and it's hard to get better if the game modes are empty or if every time there is an experienced player mopping the floor with everybody. Either what this game mode needs is to slow down the pace or add some player balancing and it might be that neither might help, either because it would take too long for DE to make proper changes and we'd get just a band aid change or that the majority of the people playing warframe just don't want to play PvP in this game.

    I did however really liked the idea someone had a while ago about making the PvP from grineer/corpus/infested/orokin side. It could keep the third person perspective (or even first...third is easier for DE tho), but the biggest change would be that it would slow down the pace a lot. You could play as different units from your faction and we could reconstruct different battles like ship or planet invasions playing out similar to battlefields operations where the attackers have to make multiple pushes on multiple objectives in order to win. It would be even possible to add some AI in the mix so to make the war look more grand. And of course adding other standard game modes like team death-match and so on. And maybe even AI controlled warframe popping in, causing problems for both sides and giving points to whoever does dmg to it? But again even this might not help PvP because we have the same problem, do warframe players actually want to play PvP or just PvE... also there would be a need for dedicated servers.

    DEVS in this way give you the motivation to play and try to get things in the hard way. If we get everything getting easier, none of the players will not even try to play arbitration, we all will easily give up from this game mode and always look for something new. 

    If u want that, go on but dont complain later that the game is boring and u dont have any challenges to play in the game.

    For me, this is a good motivation to try and play arbitration every day in the hope that one day I will get the things that I have tried. 😉

    After 2k of hours and the majority of it grinding they don't give me motivation with giving a quality of life item in a boring, mindless, repetitive and long game mode. Like i said if they don't make it buy-able i just won't have them. So instead of spending a lot of plat, making DE money, and also spend time time lvl-ing the warframes i just won't bother with the game and continue to log in every day to collect the daily bonus until the next big update.

    Just try to look from my perspective is all i'm saying. And to be honest i don't really care any more. If anyone from DE sees this and thinks it's a good idea for us spending plat and they implement it than great, if they don't than fine as well, really starting to not care about warframe and every update just being a massive grind wall.

    So instead i should be forced to play a game mode that is boring and i hate for tens to hundred hours? Instead of DE making actual changes to arbitrations, making the game mode fun, they went for a quick band aid and offering a new carrot for a few players that still have enough will power to stand the grind. But in a month or two do you think anyone will still play it? I doubt it, some players will collect a couple of aura formas and than once again abandon it.

    So in conclusion if i can buy aura formas i'll spend time lvl-ing warframes again because i like that, if they aren't, just like before, i won't play the game because there is nothing worth doing for me atm and i'm tired of the mindless grind.

    Fun out of what? Farming one item with extremely low drop chance in one of the most dull game modes in the game? 

     

    If you plan on installing one on every frame you must be no lifting this game mode for a long time and some of us don't want to. Why shouldn't there be an option to buy items for those of us that have plat to spend.

  13. So we finally got the QOL change we'v been asking for a long time, but the drop chance is low and building requirements are very high. Can we also have an option to buy aura forma with plat? I want to install it on most of my warframes and to do so it would take way too much grind...that and it's still boring.

     

    Seeing how 3 formas are 35p and you need 4 to build one aura forma, making one aura forma cost 100-150p?

    You need to stop putting in 3+ hour gaming marathons of Warframe every day. Stop being so focused on getting that one thing until you hate the game because you can't get it, and you will have a lot less burnout.

    Just enjoy the game, for an hour or 2 a day instead of something absurd like 8 hours.

    It's been a while since i played more than 2 h of warframe in one day. A while back decided that it's not worth the frustration of trying of get everything as fast as possible, especially with the primed warframes. Before the updates i just logged in the game to get the daily, while the last couple of weeks i played wf every now and than, 30 min to one hour of fractures and nightwave and that is enough to exhaust me. Maybe i should take a longer break, come back in a couple of months...

  15. First of i would like to say i spent over two thousand hours in this game and the majority of it was pleasant. If anyone asks me to recommend them a game i immediately think of warframe. Great gameplay and loads of content, but after playing this game constantly for almost 3 years the game became boring. I tried taking a break from waframe, coming back when there is new content but each new update is just a bunch of grind. 

    Sorties are a great idea, 3 random missions, each giving a bit of credits and in the end you get a reward, but the problem here are the rewards. A lot of times they are not worth the 20-30 min that it takes to finish the sortie, you just waist your time. Orokin catalysts and reactors, formas and exilus adapters you can get easier other places, not that you'll be getting them often in sorties. I guess endo and 3 day boosters are good for majority of the players while useless for veterans.

    Rivens were a great idea and i would love to invest more time into minimaxing my weapons and invest multiple more formas in them but the grind is insane. First off when you get the veild riven there is the RNG of getting the riven for a weapon that you want, not another duplicate. Than you can get 6k kuva from the sortie, a couple of rolls and a few bad stats later you have accomplished nothing. You decide you want to get a good roll on your riven and try to farm the kuva... 600 kuva per mission, 1.2k with booster, and if your cat is nice to you you occasionally get another 2x of that value. You repeat missions over and over again, boring grind to get a decent amount of kuva just to spend it all in a minute on an RNG stats, a lot of times worse than the ones you began with. All that time waisted. It felt like gambling to me, each time i got a riven for a weapon i liked, i spent hours farming kuva just to feel disappointed and angry in the end.

     

    For a while sorties were the only thing i did every day when i logged into warframe, but because all the rewards seemed useless i stopped doing them. Took a break and came back to updates.

     

    Vallis was fun for a bit before i had to repeat everything i liked x amount of times to max out the standings, especially annoying are the ventkids. The k-drive grind is slow and boring not to mention that the trick multiplier doesn't work half of the time. Also the XP needed for the k-drives is insane, took me 30 min to lvl up the k-drive from 24 to max. Had a booster active but i'm guessing it doesn't affect it. Instead of making the races longer and more challenging and in turn more rewarding they'v made the races easy and rewards low so you have to repeat over and over again.

    Arbirations, actually needed to google what they are, totally forgot about them, i farmed them x amount of times and never touched them again...like the onslaught. Easy to cheese, repeat x amount of times repetitive and boring missions just to get those couple of rewards you'll probably never use.

    Nightwave repeat the same grind. I don't need fish and rocks, don't want to do sorties for above reason, don't want to be forced to play with friends or clan-mattes to take down a boss i'v taken down x amount of times. I don't profit from these missions, all i get is the standing and the good things are locked at the end. But i guess this is good for newer players.

    The BURIED DEBTS, fracture farming :facepalm:. Bough Hildryn because i liked the exploiter boss fight and didn't want that to change. Each new warframe and primed version, repeat the same missions over and over again...

     

    I don't know it might be that after so many hours of grinding the game has become more work than fun for me. Like i said i still like the gunplay, movement and warframes but there has to be some fun objective to do and i guess i'v gotten tired of repeating the same boring mission over and over again. I hope in the future we get some new missions, new factions, good raids and real endgame.

    Anyone else feels like this, maybe has some tricks on how to make fun for yourself again?

  16. I reported these bugs several months if not even half a year and the rescue mission is not jet fixed. These bugs are game breaking to an extent that you are very likely to fail the mission, especially in sorties where rescue mission is EVERY NEXT DAY.

    1. After rescuing the hostage the mission does not progress, there is no evacuation marker and the doors to the evac are closed. There is no hostage health UI so you can't tell if he is downed. This process might take up to a min or more where you just have to wait for the mission to continue.

    2. After rescuing the hostage there is an absurd amount of enemy spawns and the hostage is so weak a small breeze knocks him down and you come to a point where you are reviving him every 5 seconds until you kill the hoards of enemies that keep coming in.

    3. After the hostage gets down a lot of times he starts moving, interrupting the revival process. Either he crawls away, stands up and walks away or sometimes he straight up runs away. Now if you are lucky he runs in to a wall and gets stuck so you can revive him, otherwise you are s...

     

    Seriously this is enough, rescue mission is constantly in the sorties and this bugs have to be fixed asap!
