Hard mode is meant for veteran players who knows how to play this game.

This mode is not going to offer anything else than the normal mode does (for now).

I'm sure that anyway people will complain for any kind of rewards that they are going to offer.

They stated that they will release more umbra warframes, not every warframe will be umbra.

So your theory can't match with their previous statements. 

There will be more warframe umbra and they will not be linked with forma umbra or sacrificals mods.
