  1. If DE isn't already setting it up this way i hope they reconsider. Operators should be able to use the k-drives. With archwings there are a whole bunch of logical reasons why they cant use them including where they would attach and if the body can withstand the gforce and all that, but humans have been snowboarding and skateboarding for a while now. I think its logical and even cool to have the operators on hoverboards. Just makes sense to me.

    As far as other gear goes I do have some other suggestions. I think a grenade mechanic could be cool. Like a gear you pull from the gear wheel which equips you with a number of grenades you have. I could see gas and poison grenades made from cetus materials, emp and shield based grenades made with Fortuna materials, and if de holds to pattern the next open world is grineer so more fragmentation or fire style grenades from them.

    Also I think it would be cool to have a charge similar to the archwing or air support charge that lets players use their archwing cannon as a heavy weapon, even if it needs time/ammo/movement constraints to maintain balance in the game.

    I also think that a gem refinement system for modular weapons could be an awesome improvement and give new reason to mine. A slot like the arcane slot on amps, zaws and the other modular weapons to come, where you can put charged crimzian, veridos, azurite and other gems to add to base stats of a weapon like status and critical chance.

    I also have tons of other things i really want to see. Melee based amp parts, other expansions on operator gameplay, mod slot expansions in whatever form they could take, and even an idea for a mobile app expansion of the game where the player “pilots” their extractors and finds rare mats and stuff in their real world environment like wf meets pokemon go or ingress.

  2. Estrella (star) Archwing 
    Skill One: Shooting Star
    Dash in the direction you are moving, passing through enemies deals high damage to them. Projectile dodge rate increased while dashing. Has defensive and offensive applications, affected by STR and ran mods. Like slash dash meets itzals blink

    Skill Two: Defensive Matrix
    Few second invulnerability to incoming projectiles and archwing disables. For a few seconds after, slows incoming archwing disables. Slow is affected by range, immunity is affected by duration. Has high cool down to prevent spamming, meant to be used wisely with good timing.

    Skill Three: Targeting Matrix
    Marks nearby enemies, in plains of eidolon they get the standard archwing enemy waypoint on screen. The enemies show on the map and are slowed. The slow is affected by power STR and whole ability is affected by range and duration. Affects allied ui as well for a decent support ability. Synergy with skill 4

    Skill Four: Solar Wind
    Disarms enemies in range including turrets. Enemies in range take increased dmg, increased further if they are also affected by the Targeting Matrix. Entire ability is affected by range strength and duration mods

    Unairu could grant an armor buff for the duration. Or maybe it could work more like Health Conversion does rather than a set duration each upgrade adds addition stacks.

    Maidurai could grant an IPS damage or status buff for the duration

    Naramon could... do... something... melee related...

    Range buff or speed buff? stacks nicely with valkry type of deal?

    DE has tried the alt-gender warframes in the past, and by the past I mean before the game was even launched.
    They ultimately decided against the idea, and the developed assets were turned into Nyx.

    To quote the wiki:

    While I personally think that having some gender bent frames would cool, if it's going to happen I doubt DE will do it themselves. It will likely need to be community pushed, showing overwhelming support to even be properly considered for implementation.

The only thing it does is increasing the drain of the passive, so why not just 25% / 50% / 100% / 150% / 150%(unbound)?

    I don't remember, but i think that may be a typo in the wiki, ive unbound both vazarin passives and i dont think that was an issue

    What about a siphoning dash? Damages enemies in a frontal manner like the sonic dash and divides that damage in the form of health to nearby friendlies?

    They hate healers. Vazarin was amazing during the focus 1.0. Healing waves even for NPC's. Insta revives during the whole mission. Now...you have to catch a fly with a  string (Void dash through allies that are like crazy, jumping around) and limited revives. Btw...I am still trying to understand the point of the void blast charged shield...it does nothing? I tried standing in front of a moa and that thing blocked 0 dmg. Every single shot was damaging my operator.

    Its directional and iffy at best. Thats another one i think needs tweeked but i dont even know how to fix it. I do miss the healing waves, yet another reason to make aegis do heals

  8. I love the focus system, aside from the grindyness of gaining new abilities, I feel like it is a great compliment to the game. I do feel however that there are things that need tweeking. In this post I intend to visit two things in the Vazarin school that bug me. The smaller of the two is the Mending Soul. Why is it that when used with sacrifice your sentinel doesn't revive you instantly? I think that should be changed. We work hard for these abilities, so I don't think that is incredibly op or off balancing. The larger of the two problems I have is with the Void Aegis ability. It seems to me that it is tough to try to actually utilize with team mates. I think making changes like making the bubble linger for a few seconds after decasting or maybe having the bubble do light heals to friendlys make it more practical for all over the game. As it stand it seems pretty much exclusively useful for protecting lures from Teralysts starfall. I would love to get the community's thoughts on this, but can we try to be constructive? Thanks teno

  9. I disagree with the negative response to this post, I think warframes having alt gender skins could be a cool addition. Maybe impractical, but it wouldn't be the first major addition solely for fashion frame. (Cough captura cough)

    Wiki says Vazarin isn't supposed to be an "fighting" focus school.

    I can see "mods or upgrades" being added to AMPs and since I suggest that Cover Lethality and some other mods would be too good,but there is the chance that DE makes new mods for amps.

    The best idea would be Parkour AMPs: They give you some moves that are able to be used to Parkour,and they should be useable with the normal shooty amp.

     

    I don't think "healer school" is 100 percent accurate. I think its more like defender school. With abilities like guardian shell and void aegis. Vazarins whole concept is nullifying the enemy by matching their every move. I understand where you're coming from though.

    Thanks. I figure if the skill 3 makes enemies turn on the host then it is exactly for that. Take control of a high power enemy, deal serious damage while turning them into a bullet sponge. Since you couldnt use other abilities while its active I think it is still relatively balanced, though i see your point

  13. So prism, short blade comes from the amp and the operator steps forward, consuming like 1/4 energy. Successive swings make a combo and change the animation like a combo. Scaffold does a lunge though enemies with a similar style blade (for cohesion with the prism) dealing damage through all enemies in it's path. The brace would regen some life on amp kills to keep you in the fight. Use it with the vazarin guardian shell for a sort of sword shield style

    I had the idea to add in a prism that lets you slash with the amp by using secondary fire. I actually had a whole melee amp set concept if you care to hear it
