Wow, so you are assuming Exalted Weapons were Nerfed just because you cant fit the two new Umbral Melee mods on them? You must have a very poor mod collection in hand because personally i didnt bother using them and my Exalted weapons are doing fairly more damage, Mesa`s Pacifier specially.

I don't get why a lot of people want that the new mods should be the new meta, this are good mods, but only in very specific circumstances and the gains you get are hugely offset by the fact that you have to forma a weapon at least 3-4 times to fit them, Sacrificial Steel works good on Valkyr, but for the rest of the Exalted weapons I dont think they are worth the trouble

    0.5*1.88*(1+0.45*2.5) =199.75% Sacrificial steel

    0.5*1.6*(1+0.45*2.5) =170% True steel

the Gain is worth IMO but it cost me 3 formas and the 40k and 2m cred to get it to max level,

Hope that DE doesn't allow us to forma the new Polarity on  standard frames/weapons, since this mod set would became the new De Facto meta build for a lot of frames

You can use it all you want. But the set bonus is not applied

All taken one after the other, i missed only one screen because the damage number was already gone off the screen

if the bonus didn't applied i would be stuck at 94% crit chance, but at this point is clear that i am at 199.75% crit as i predicted at 2.5x combo, so the bonus works and you can use any weapon with  all 3 gladiator mods in it to boost your crit exalted build

I'm fairly certain that the Sacrifice mods, much like the Umbral mods, are genuinely made to be of a specific point capacity and new Polarity so that we don't put them on everything in the world immediately. Especially not the Exalted weapons until they've had time to test what builds people actually put on those weapons.

Depends entirely on the build, if you're building for Crit, rather than Status, or maybe a hybrid with Condition Overload, the mods are a buff. You get less base damage on the Sacrificial Pressure than a Primed Pressure Point, but by applying both mods, the Crit Chance from Sacrificial Steel is higher than you can get from any other base crit chance melee mods (without including Maiming Strike, because this isn't a setup for that). You get a 110% Crit Chance while a combo of True Steel and the channelling mod True Punishment will only get you to 100%

Basically, even without the Damage mod, the Crit one is still a buff to anything you'd put a True Steel on, even if you have to Forma an extra time or two.

If there's one thing we learned when the Soma first came out, it's the supplemental stats that make a weapon greater, you don't need to have high base damage stats, if you've got massive crit and status boosts.

I am of the same opinion, you put the new mod only if it's really worth it, in case of Valkyr you go from 80% crit c to 94% which is a huge increase IMO but you cant fit both

The set bonus doesnt work on exalted weapons. Check the patch notes

It works on Standard weapons, and the bonus is applied on all weapons, so your exalted stuff get the bonus,i have run this build since the sacrifice came out, i red crit like crazy at 3.5x

you should just have a Standard melee with all gladiator mods to get the bonus, with this build the math goes like this

    0.5*1.88*(1+0.45*3) =220.9% crit chance while 0.5*1.88*(1+0.45*2.5) =199.75%

  5. This change was actually a Buff since you can have 3 Gladiator mods on your standard melee and get the benefits on your Exalted weapons, this Valkyr build reaches 200% crit chance at 2.5x Combo and about 230%+ at 3x combo multiplier. also the mods are meant to be a sacrifice, if you could forma the polarity on anything, they would be the De facto better choice on all of them except for pressure witch is a bit of a loss, but whatever20180619145721_1.jpg?dl=1

    Hey,

While I respect your point, I enjoy the game, I am up to Apostasy Prologue and I am talking about new people. While for you it might seem really simple, what keeps a game alive is its ability to retain players.

I want to see all people who play Warframe love the experience and if they stay then that's great, if not at least they had fun, maybe even invested a little money.

as I said, Warframe at it's core is a looter, it differs from Diablo by the fact that you are not just grinding for some equip with a couple of levels higher so that you can farm in a place with higher level enemies and so on.

on Warframe you have a lot of stuff to do, farming affinity is not the only thing to do, you can Hunt eidolons for Arcanes, run sorties for rivens or legendary cores, doing fissures for primes, trade for plat, run invasions, ESO for affinity and relics and so on, if a player finds it very repetitive or boring, he/she is either burned out or doesn't like this genre

at the end of the day, Warframe is a free game, if you like it good, if you dont nobody is forcing you to play it, you can get all the content in game except the prime accessories in game without spending a penny, raising XP gain is not a fix for someone who doesn't want to play a looter

  7. You are just a few steps short of the Second dream, the first real cinematic quest that pretty much gave Warframe the reputation of having a good story, then War within is really good, and now they are about to release The sacrifice.

regarding your view of Warframe being a grind and repetitive, well, at the core is a Looter just like Diablo or Path of Exile, and like those game, you either enjoy the Game loop of killing a lot of enemies and running missions or you don't as simple as that, ofc if you are sitting on Hydron so that you can level up in the fastest way and being bored, you should stop that and try to run other missions like survival or ESO when available, even if they are less efficient, IMO they are way more fun, also you shouldn't focus on getting MR very fast, after you reach 13 you can get all the weapons in the game.

so try to find what parts of warframe are fun for you, and if you can't find any, it means that you don't like looters, plain an simple

Jesus, I just did and that was... sobering. I knew that WW2 was no picnic, but this is something they did not mention in class. I imagine there are people who still have grandparents who lived through this. I can see why this would be unsettling to some.

for sure it ain't pretty, but that's just the tip of the iceberg, so you know, maybe a lot of people that say who reported this was exaggerating, maybe, just maybe should think

"why they hate this symbol so bad?" and then draw conclusions, not just rage in the forums saying other stuff has priority over others

You misunderstand-- when I use "offensive" in the context of Valkyr Prime, I mean her Prime design along with her lore makes absolutely no sense what so ever.

    Not the "I'm triggered" variety.

well is a long shot comparing something that had a Really bad meaning IRL, and represent Dark times for the entire mankind, with a model that You don't like or find lore breaking

  10. I don't see why you think this skin change is a waste of time, but whatever, the point is if something can be found offensive is a good choice to take IDK 1-2 hours of artist time, and fix it, instead of letting people run with this symbol, still, i am Biased because in Italy, people still believe that Fascism wasn't that bad, and keep using symbols and gestures on the Internet and IRL, so yes, if by any kind of mistake i find something that resembled the so called "Fascio", sure i am going to be annoyed by it. so it's better to let this stuff dead and buried in History rather than let this stuff get momentum and even reasoning of being cause you know, reasons
