Yeah we are not getting this as a pvp mode but it is basically conclave with rewards.
Go play conclave but everyone has to give up a mod if they loose or something or make a tournament and one or two people who are not competing hold the mods for everyone then give it to the winners.
You could do this yourself if there really was enough people interested in it. Do that enough and prove to DE it will be a sucess and they might listen and make it a game mode. Until then, the community doesn't (on average) want new pvp modes.
If your idea is accepted, and this reward/conclave is made... Well, we'll see a looooooooooooot of rhino/soma... Or Rhino/Acrid... Or... Yeah, you know what I mean...
PVPVE is not a bad idea in fact, a lot of MMO have it, you just need a real reason for fight against other tennos. Conclave is just a big joke when you kill your oponent for just... Show your skills... Pve is the reason of warframe, and if pvp is implemented, we need to have a real purpose or lore logic to go with, not just to calm a part of the community who need it for their pleasure.

Just turn down you luminosity options and turn high your saturation option. :3
