    Forums are still under upgrades from what I see. They still need to tie in our forum avatars to the in-game ones, restore the founder badges I and many others are missing, and restore a lot of things. From what I was told, they're using a newer version of the forum software they were last using, so porting the plugins may take sometime. Just be patient guys. :)

    Armor Attachments On Proto Armor Excalibur Skin Off Center.

    This has been an issue since Update 18 first launched. Any armor attachments placed on the left side of Excalibur with the Proto Armor skin on are off center and extended outward slightly. Same with the chest armor, it's raised on the left side, making it look like it's on an angle. Same with the badges, if you try to apply a badge on the left arm, it is tilted at a 45 degree angle.

     

    Those happens on both Excalibur Prime, and Excalibur, so long as the Proto Armor skin is applied to the frame.

    Would Ivara Be Op With Stealth Running?

    Honestly, yes and no. Ivara's stealth isn't time based. It's energy consumption based. Meaning less micro-managing the stealth which Loki already does. BUT, I think there should be an augment for Ivara's Prowl mode where it dose take away movement restrictions, but removes the pickpocket ability as a sacrifice. And to keep zip wire useful after such an augment, make it so you can attach zip wire as a form of "trip wire" where if an enemy were to cross it; it would stun the enemy or kill it but it would have a 1 - 3 time use so after it triggers 1 - 3 times, you'd have to reapply it, effectively making Ivara a trapper type frame as it would fit her theme.

    Founders have their Exc P, you can do whatever you want with your Exc P, since you paid for it, but given that Umbra Exc came after Exc P, I think that people who couldn't get Exc P, will have the chance to use a new kind of Exc.

    To OP: Just leave Umbra Exc alone, you paid for your Exc P, DE haven't released any of your exclusive stuff.

    At this point, it looks like you're salty about this Exc.

    Don't wanted to sound mean by the way.

     This is the case. Lusts has asked that the derailing stop. I'm obliged to help him.

    I just told Toxic on teamspeak that Pixalated is an anthill that formed in the thread and that he's sending worker ants out to forage, and Toxic is the 6 year old with a magnifying glass and stick and is poking the hell out of the anthill. :P

     

    So I just talked with him about it. Hopefully he calms down with the poking.

    They already mentioned that the primed versions of the frames (excalibur excluded) will be released again at a later date. They're reworking the void. That being said, I wouldn't mind if they depopulate the drop table by putting the prime parts on a time exclusive rotation, sort of how the void trader is.

    No idea if this is normal for a Kubrow....

    So here's what happened. I started the incubation process and then used platinum to finish it. So when it FIRST showed me the Kubrow and says the gender and what not, it was a nasty grey color. Then when that solid dome goes over it for when you

    have to claim the Kubrow - When I claimed the Kubrow, the dome lifted and it changed to this color???

    Too bad you're on XB1. I would really love a DNA print of this Kubrow as it is the colors I roll with on my Warframe on the PC version.

    Don't get me wrong I think you personally have a really good attitude about the situation and I like that you are trying to find a solution to get everyone on the same page and end the salt. I just personally am not so sure that removing the gold trim would accomplish anything (besides maybe slightly decreasing the overall whinging on the forums) -- and my reason for that goes back to the Prisma Skana debacle. That weapon had no gold bits at all, totally prisma skin, and even had unique set of stats that accomplished a different sort of goal than the other Skana's -- and the salt didn't die down for weeks after that fiasco. 

     

    If I believed removing the gold trim from this Excal and using a different precious metal instead would end all the salt about this, or even most of it, I'd be all for it, but I think at best it would slightly tone the salt down, while also cheapening the experience of the people getting in on the groundfloor of the Warframe China version. 

     

    Also, there is something else we have to consider. There seems to be some possibility that there will be an Umbra Excalibur and an Umbra Prime Excalibur. What if the Umbra Excalibur that the global build eventually gets has no gold bits, and only the exclusive Umbra Prime  Excalibur for the Chinese build has gold trimming on it, do you think a lot of founders would find that to be an acceptable compromise? 

    It would compromise for me and those I've discussed this topic with; yes. I can't speak for the entire Founder community. That being said, I elect using Rubedo as the metal for the trim. We have a Rubedo rhino already as a skin, why not work off that concept and introduce it into the Umbra Excalibur? :P It fits the "Dark" theme and gives it a very distinctive glow. Instead of having something shiny, having something that glows slightly :P. It would add a new appeal to the game and players would want more of that trim on other frames. Thus, the "Umbra" series is born. The xbox has a "Prestige" skin for Excalibur that has a pulsating trim that glows. I really want this effect on my frames, but that's exclusive to them. So the whole Rubedo effect would go good with making it exclusive to the Umbra series. Make it recolorable too so you can have any color you like as you sit in the shadows. :P

      My opinion doesn't differ from this too dramatically.

     

     The way I see it, for our players here in Global it is a purely positive thing for there to be some version of Excalibur that could appear in the Void or in a Prime Access. Gold trim doesn't even matter in this case, a little gold trim on Umbra would do absolutely nothing to impact what it is that possessing Excalibur Prime means. 

     

     Excal Prime means you came around and represented when Warframe was young and trying to grow. That is why it's valuable, screw it's void key face and gold trim. Because it means you've been here for the whole ride. It's the OG Warframe.

    As stated earlier. The gold trim is what defines "Prime". It's the signature design when making primed frames. This is why founders are up in arms about the whole Umbra frame because of the gold trim. It's too similar to Excalibur Prime and it takes the very concept of the "prime feel" and adds it to a frame that's not part of the prime series. :P
