I've been playing since beta and I don't recall ever having this issue. So, first of all, the launcher is "Checking For Updates" for an excessive amount of time. When it finishes and I launch the game, I attempt to login. However, instead of logging into the game, it just stays at the login screen flashing "Network Not Responding" at the bottom of the screen for quite some time. Finally, I'm met with a pop-up that states "Login Failed. Check Your Info."
Obviously my login info isn't wrong and I'm able to log into the site just fine. I've been attempting to log into the game for over an hour now with no luck. So what gives?

I just got done doing multiple fractures when someone pointed out that our canisters were vanishing after 3 fractures instead of 4. We soon realized that we might have been bugged this entire time and decided to extract instead of doing more fractures. Unfortunately, we were correct. After all the time we spent, we received NO progress whatsoever.

Is this a joke? The recent change was a a fair and balanced buff! How anyone in their right mind could call this a nerf is beyond me. Oh, you have to cast twice as often? So what?
You can now kill enemies with ease via ranged weapons in order to regain the energy required for the recast. But I guess that actually requires you to PLAY the game. What a novel concept! -
Seriously DE, you've still not fixed this? This has been a problem for over TWO YEARS...

No, that's not at all accurate. The operator controls every function of the Warframe. It is the operator that is speaking through the Warframe. Warframes are nothing more than void controlled puppets. I cannot think of a single Warframe that has "spoken" in this franchise that wasn't being controlled / occupied by a sentient being. Said beings include those that have yet to be named and possibly have no physical form of their own. ALSO, it's worth pointing out that ghosts / souls are canon in Warframe, as can be seen on Lua or by references to void "demon" possession. If the speculation in regards to Umbra is correct, I highly doubt Umbra are Warframes that have gained sentience. Instead, they've been taken over by ghosts / void beings. With that said, in regards to the OP, we already have voice overs for Warframes in the form of the operators controlling them...

⭐Tigris Satinok
+Multishot: Multishot increases the pellet count on shotguns. On a status build, this translates to more status procs.
As such, this is the best possible stat to have on a Tigris Riven.
+Punch Through: Punch Through allows the Tigris to hit dozens of enemies per trigger pull, which greatly increases DPS.
This also removes the only real weakness of a Tigris, which is crowd control.
-Magazine Capacity: Negatives on Rivens actually make the other stats stronger. The best negative to have on a Riven is one that is harmless.
Fact: -MC does literally nothing to Tigris. How/why? Tigris only has 2 rounds in the magazine and the percentage isn't high enough to count as one round.

B/O: 3,500P⭐Tipedo Visidra
+Attack Speed: The high Attack Speed of Tipedo allows it to easily build up its Combo and apply multiple Status procs.
Since it's a hybrid Crit/Status weapon, Attack Speed is a must!
+Melee Damage: +MD with the aforementioned +AS in a single Riven allows you to save a mod slot by combining these important mods into one!
C/O: 750p
B/O: 1,000P⭐Attica Visidra
+Fire Rate: The Attica suffers from one of the slowest Fire Rates of all automatic weapons and as such, +FR is a must.
NOTE: Attica is a bow weapon and thus +FR is DOUBLED!
+Damage: Since +FR is a must, having such a high +Damage stat on this Riven allows you to compliment or replace Serration, giving you a free slot!

I'd also like to throw in that a stray U-shaped wisp has found its way into Nekros' crotch and right out of his back door. I mean, I get that you've made him a bit gimpish, DE. What with the high heels and BDSM binds/chains, but we would really appreciate it if you removed the spectral butt plug from this deluxe skin. Just to clarify, that thing is in fact a bug. It doesn't appear in the promotional images and I don't remember it being there when the skin was first released, back when it wasn't completely broken.

After applying the Underbrush pattern to various Kubrow and a Helminth Charger, I've come to realize that part of the fur is based on eye color, which isn't something you can alter on Kubrow but is something you can alter on the Helminth Charger. In this image, you'll see black fur, which is based on skin color, a large amount of light brown fur, which can't be changed in any way and orange, which is the eye color. Said color does in fact change with eye color and can be altered on a Helminth Charger.
Here's an image of the pattern applied to a Helminth Charger with the 'Accents' color set to green, which changes eye color and some strips of fur.

I've found yet another bug in regards to the Underbrush Kubrow. As it turns out, the Little Helper Hat is completely misplaced on Underbrush. Furthermore, I've decided to test out various breeds of Kubrow to see if the fur color and hat bug showed up with them and sure enough, they did. Here's an image of a different Kubrow wearing the Little Helper Hat.

Here's a better example using RGB to showcase just how screwed up the Underbrush Kubrow is at this time. Once again, note how the majority of fur doesn't even change color.

The Underbrush Kubrow Gene-Masking Kit sold by Master Teasonai is horribly bugged. For one, you CANNOT recolor 99.9% of its fur, which is seen as a light, orange/brown color on the right. Which is obviously not intended as the default color seen to the left is clearly a dark brown. If this was intentional, it would be the same dark brown seen to the left. Then, for some odd reason, certain strips of fur are connected to skin color. Because of this, you can see some strips of fur clipping through and making a mess because they are different colors compared to the rest of the fur. To the right, you'll see red and a darker orange/brown color as patches of fur, which is the skin color.
