I think Kunai or Hikou is the way to go, unless you can't build a n Acrid.

Even if over lv 70 the damage is useless, i still think is a good CC skill, since the enemies that touch the ring of fire get stunlocked for the entire duration(supposing they stay in the area of effect of the skill).

The skill does AoE damage when you punch the ground, and then it does time damage only when an enemy touches the outer ring of fire.
IMO it is useful only on infested or defence missions , since most of the other faction enemies won't rush at you and touch the ring, unless they're trying to get to the cryopod. In that case you can cast it multiple times around the cryopod and totally negate the access for the duration of the skill, while still doing decent damage.

Are you killing all the enemies? skipping a ton of enemies can really bog down your CPU especially if it's not all that great to begin with.
Usually yes, i don't rush through levels, so most of the times i kill all the enemies i see. I also take A LOT of time exploring the level, especially since it's a new tileset, and the problem seems somehow related to this. The more time i spend in the mission, the worse performance drop i get.
Quite a few people have been having framerate drops since the latest update.

Well that also may be the cause, even though i got an i7.

In the Grineer Settlement the framerate drops over time. It starts out just fine at the beginning of the level, then the longer i stay in the mission, the more the framerate drops. I have a Nvidia GTX 550 TI, latest drivers.

Am i the only one who is curious to know about the powers that didn't make it? Lurking around the forum i read about Doppleganger and Matter Conversion but had no clue what those skills would do.
Any high ranked founder caring to share?Or are there some limitations to what you can share from the design council?

I hope that one day someone in some game forum will earnestly and without irony post how when enemies attack them, they take damage and sometimes die, and that this causes them to lose, which isn't fun, is that a bug or intended?
What? I thought enemies were only moving targets! Didn't know they would shoot me back, and even kill me? Are you kidding? PLEX DEVS FIX NAO!

Earth, Cambria, almost 20 drones every run without much effort. Go back to large rooms you've already explored, usually they respawn after a couple minutes.

Dethcube already screws me over when trying to level up melee weapons in low level mission, by stealing all the kills with the death-ray. So... yeah definitely going to disable it or switching to a Shade

People will always complain, most of the time even if they shouldn't. The point is ignoring them and look out for the one, rare, legitimate complaint that comes once in a while. The rest is trash...

Actually reducing enemy armor would be pretty useful at high level, and would make some powers and ultimates more viable.

Why Doesn't The Mire Do Toxin Damage?

I was wondering the same thing! Adding toxin damage to this weapon (maybe ditching impact, or making it entirely toxin) would make it more useful and remove it from the "mastery points only weapons" category where it has been since it was released.
