I'd put it this way: she's not meta but like most frames currently, she's a viable choice if you WANT to take her. As mentioned above, she excels in Interception and Mobile Defense with her max range chaos build.

Can't set 1920x780 resolution when using Borderless Fullscreen
on Fullscreen, when I change to 1920x780, my mouse starts spinning in place. I cannot aim at all, any, even the slightest movement makes it spin. It also responds oddly (i move it left, it jumps right etc) in menus.
Upon picking different resolutions, mouse response completely changes - it doesn't alter sensitivity settings, but the response is definitely altered. On some its slower, on some faster, on some it just spins wildly.

Gara's wall doesn't refresh her shatter shield and seem to only spawn visually (doesn't stop enemies, can't shatter it with Gara's 1st ability). I have only encountered this bug in Arbitrations so far. I don't know what could be causing it - it just happens for some casts of her 4th, I haven't been able to notice a pattern of when.
In Onslaught, I got this bug after loading into the first zone:
My screen stayed like that for the entire zone and only cleared back to normal when I loaded into the second zone.

You halved the amount of focus that is earned in the Sanctuary. I assume it's a bug, since you said you hated the Adaro method... for 3 days there Sanctuary was a viable alternative. Not anymore.

Operator Bug:
Switching into operator mode right after after coming out of the portal makes the Operator become slowed down for the whole duration of the zone. Switching between the warframe and operator works at normal speed, but when in operator mode, operator moves in slow motion/doesn't react to controls. Moving onto next zone seems to reset it and fix it.
I've tried it a couple of times and I had to wait around 5 seconds after coming out of the portal to switch into operator without it being slowed down. It's rather annoying, given that the focus buff is on immediately after exiting the portal. With energy back to baseline level after the portal getting that energizing dash is rather crucial to be able to make the most of that focus buff in each zone.

Any you can get your hands on, as long as you put Vacuum(robots) or Fetch(animals) on it. It will change your life.
