I have made a video and posted it to Youtube showing, what my issue is, explaining what effects my issue, and what reducing rank should be like. I have shared this on my ticket as well and I still have not heard anything from the help desk team.

This is more for the help desk for the support portion of the website. It is unacceptable for a ticket to go unanswered for more then 24 hours at the least. It is highly unprofessional to set an automated response to notify the ticket poster a 3 days after submission of a high traffic issue preventing communication on the posters ticket. I have submitted a ticket 9 days ago about a dojo clan tier not reducing from moon after removing the barracks and being unable to afford the 25 forma cost for two separate barracks I had destroyed unknowing that it is a requirement to have those barracks in order to reduce clan tier. Design choices aside, dojos are a community based system, and it is astonishing that I have had to wait with no response from anyone on the support desk about this issue, while I have other players waiting for me to build the dry docks so they are able to interact with other parts of warframe.
From my experience working help desk for a third party computer support company, it is required to acknowledge tickets by someone on the help desk team within the first hour to two hours of a tickets submission on top of the end user getting an automated email and response in the ticket history with details and expectations on wait times for support. With how support works from that company they have tiers of support that level based on 3T (Time to Touch) first tech has 15 minutes to respond to ticket, assess the issue, then correct the issue. If correction cannot be completed in the time allotted then it would be raised to a more experienced engineer who has more time to work on the ticket and repeats the process if the issue was not resolved.
It took three days to get any kind of response on the ticket I submitted, which was an automated response apologizing for delayed response times. Except there was no response, because there is no history telling me that my ticket has been assigned to a tech I am assuming that it is just floating in the void of the board. I get its a different company, different rules, different values but honestly going back through my ticket history the longest I have had to wait on a response was two weeks and that should be unacceptable from a help desk standpoint.
At present, my dojo had enough forma to build the storm barracks but requiring anyone to produce 100 forma for an issue that shouldn't exist is in poor taste and even more so when you make a group of players wait this long to receive any meaningful support for this issue.

This issue has been solve. Turns out the error message shows up because if you try to destroy a room set as a spawn room it notifies you in the form of child components instead of letting you know of the room being set as a spawn.

After setting up a new power block in a different part of the dojo I am now facing a new problem. Anything that is built after building that hall is now being considered a child component of it and I have to destroy those before i can get rid of it. If you haven't guessed I need the power rooms in order to have a dojo and now I cant destroy any rooms.

This is a big issue for trying to restructure our dojo. Trying to destroy a room like the clan grand hall flags you with an error that it is a prerequisite room and you must destroy the other room before you can destroy this one. This is an issue because it doesn't list them in the message. The room that I think it is referencing is the clan grandest hall which is our new spawn point. I have already put in an elevator to a cross hallway section that has all of our power so I cant remove that because we still need the power from those rooms. In order to fix this I would need to create another power block, not connected to this hall, delete the power block i have in place, then I would be able to delete those halls.This takes way to much time, and seeing how if we already have this room built why is this hall dependent on previous halls? If we need those halls to have this one room cant we just build another hall that fits the prerequisites so this wouldn't be an issue? If that is not possible, why cant we just move the hall to a different place? Ive already spent so much time building rooms that I can fast complete but with a mandatory two hour room destruction this is impossible to complete in a timely fashion.

While I whole heartily agree with this, what about players who dedicate that much time, effort, and funds now? I can tell you that I probably put just as much effort as a founder into the game. I continually support warframe as a game and community by purchasing content both Tennogen and store items alike. I have a lot of respect now for founders as I read more into the makings of warframe, I just don't like this gap between founders and non-founders.

That is another thing, Founders being ahead of the MR curve at all times, while not as widely know about, the people that do know are(understandably) none to happy about it. Unfortunately, I don't think there are good solutions to the problem, because no matter what, someone is going to be unhappy about the situation.
I feel like they tried to fix it with zaws and kitguns. But that still doesn't fix the MR curve like you said.

I'm pretty much on par with your view. I've been reading a lot of reddit comments that if the items in question were cosmetic and did not affect MR that there wouldn't be room for people to be jealous or angry about the exclusivity.

I know theres a lot of negativity towards DE for pushing new content instead of fixing what they have now. However, I don't think warframe will go under anytime soon. Gripes aside, warframe is a good game.

Pretty self explanatory?This does help! Although many of the comments I've read up on did not link or specify that article. Most of them just bring up some sort of founder's agreement document which lead me to believe that there was a document signed by founders. Thank you for your time and responding to my question.

Hey Tenno!
Now I know this is a very sensitive topic for everyone including myself. However, I'm just looking up information on the "Founder's Agreement" that a lot of people have mentioned. I'm not here to debate whether Primes associated with the founders pack should be rereleased or stay exclusive to the founders mainly because, I have biased opinions about exclusivity, wish to acknowledge that founder's should be represented for sticking with the game, and this is to be constructive in my understanding of what this agreement is and if anyone can provide a document or some sort of, verbal, picture, or email that would shed some light on what this Agreement is about.
Again I'd like to say that this is for my curiosity and I wish to be polite and respectful of all Tenno who read this thread and I ask that we all respect that we have different views about this topic.

Fun fact, using Navigator while your charging an attack will throw the sledge in a different rotation animation. So the base animation is sideways but if you use Navigator at any time during the charge up the sledge rotates in a different direction, most likely horizontally for me, when thrown.

Hello! I have been running into a bug in the arsenal page where if you are using a steam controller and you go to equip a mod but then either pick another mod from the section under the equipped mods your game breaks and will not exit the display when you try to navigate out of the modding section. I've run into this bug a few times so it is a recurring problem where I've had to relog. So I've only run into this issue in the frame mod and primary mod section and have not seen this happen in melee or secondary. Hope all is well on the Tenno wire and wishing you the best for the holidays,

Why don't you just have rage like mods work on top of overguard? Its just a second health bar for warframes that dont have shields anyway. Then with warframes that have shields just stop gaining energy until they either gain overguard again or they deplete their shields.
