As long as there's no automated 'auction house' in Warframe, plat-farming is unlikely to be an issue.

I don't understand the hate for auction houses when they have do work in other games. Frankly, I hate this economy because there isn't enough information going around (like everything else in WF info is obfuscated) on what stuff is going for. I rather be an informed consumer and know what the other guy paid for something.

  2. Play something else, which I already have. It's good year for gaming thus far. Nier, Horizon, Zelda, I still haven't finished the Witcher 3, FF15... DE is going to have to step up their game if they want my attention because the spare time I had for Warframe is gone. I rather be spending on something else.

No it doesn't, anything like a auction house would lower prices by absurd amounts, as is already happening because of wf.market. DE need plat sales in order to function, the prices and trading as they are right now have their flaws, but work, and they work quite well.

Because being anti-consumer is totally fine...

Well as much as I'm sure you all hate this, Conclave would be categorized as end-game content. The invincible enemies thing isnt in... yet. The big stink being made on the forums is probably for the best as its the only time it really gains traction with DE. So if the outcry remains i doubt we'll see the eximus invincibility go in in its current form.

As for Rivens, this would also be considered end-game endless PvE content. Yeah its punishing RNG, but it does give those of us who've done everything something to do. I'm a min-maxer so riven mods were a nightmare for me but they're in, nothing to do now but embrace and adapt.

I agree on the damage 3.0 thing, I was hoping to see a lot of the mods removed. Unfortunately i think this is partially because i wanted more space on my weapons for more variety of modding.

At what point we say to ourselves...Why exactly am I min-maxing for? Or for the average person playing this game who does not min-max...why am I collecting any specific weapon or frame? For what purpose? Isn't this the area that DE should be focusing on? Things to do once you gotten enough gear? Because gathering gear, so that you can gather more gear, so that you can gather even more gear... inevitably goes nowhere. And I completely disagree that weapon gathering and crafting counts as "gameplay content". A new weapon DE releases in the storefront does not count as content. I disagree that leveling a weapon after using a Forma, counts as "content". I disagree that resource gathering counts as content. I disagree that gathering mods counts as content. I disagree that leveling weapons to 30 then dumpstering them counts as content. There have been numerous additions to this game, but hardly any content with any real substance. The things that you can do in this game are mostly chores. The things you can do in this game are methods of acquiring power. And really what exactly does it matter what weapon you use? These are choices, and hell, there any are MANY. But these are only means...and what I'm asking is... for what end are we using them? And in 4 years DE hasn't answered that question at all. I want things to do, not things to level up.

This game has many balance issues, a lack of meaningful content, and frankly a jaded community. And I do not see any of those things being improved any time soon. ...I usually only post when I'm getting to the point of "its time to go on another Warframe hiatus", which I've done numerous times, for long periods. But the definition of insanity is repeating the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. Every time I come back, hardly anything ever changes in this game except what maybe with what primary, secondary, and melee weapon I'm using. I don't consider those to be prolific changes to Warframe. So something has to change this year for Warframe and it needs to happen fast.

  5. Either a new dev team or a new method of monetizing the game. I can't tell if DE lacks the funds to provide interesting gameplay content and a balanced game or it is because they lack the talent to do so. This game could be so much better than what it is. To cherry pick all the things that I think are wrong and needed to be fixed would take a wall of text that will no doubt fall on deaf ears. The problems start at the top.

Edit: Let me amend this. If it is indeed money issues, I can't lay the problems at the feet of the dev team. That's management's fault.

I don't see a founder's badge on your profile so you literally have zero right to say this.

Anybody who ever opened their wallet to support this game does have right to. Founder or no. Why should it matter when they did? This game was in early access for years. And DE hid behind the 'beta' defense for years whenever anyone questioned anything in this game. The founders are not solely responsible for this game continuing to be, it's every paying customer. So I when I ask for a better product, it becaue I hold DE to the same standards any other developer should be because that how you earn someone's business.

Aaaaaaand this community has no idea how video games work!

    You aren't making the game.

You can give your opinion, but DE will make the game how they want.

They said after heavy revisions, you and I have no idea what that entails.

They said they want to, not that they're going to.

Archwing is something they want in the game, they want it to be a part of it, we have plenty of content for it that isn't used because it isn't included well enough.

If your ideals of "I don't like it so lets scrap it" then this game would be a cookie clicker clone.

and in conclusion, can you at least think before you make a post on pure emotion?

No but the community did fund this game through early access because DE couldn't launch this game any other way. DE needs to learn not bite the hand that feeds them.

    Archwing sucks. That is all.

  8. Sometimes...well actually most of the time, I feel like the concept of better user quality of life is lost on the developers and DE, and good ideas to make the mod system not suck so much like the one the OP presented fall on deaf ears.
