Volt, Saryn, Mesa, Banshee, Mag (yes, I know, Mag), Sleepquinox, Stomp Rhino. There are many warframes that can CC and damage. -

For a player base as large as warframes those number don't look like a "community" to me. -
We had a speed running community doing the things you said. It died with the raids though.

As Criminal stated + it takes one week to fully grow from the moment your warframe has been infected by other frame not from the moment you take it out of the foundry.

Is not the first time it happens. It was a guy who got an Arca Plasmor riven with 5000plat (if I remember right) and after a week or so DE nerfed the weapon.
Threads were made. ^^ I wont call it unfair, is just a beta game subject to change and you as a player have to keep that in mind. Heck, even triple A games change the stats of weapons/gear from time to time. -

For what? Most of the veterans have finished all focus schools before ESO was released.
The main issue I see with all "veteran content" is that DE doesn't want or have the time to actually make NEW worthy rewards (even if they are only cosmetics - and by cosmetics I don't want ONLY emblems and sigils. How about a bad ass armor set that you only can get after 2 hours of an end game activity? A special skin? A cool effect that can be applied to your warframe - imagine you can apply arc bolts that jump all over your frame, or an effect that lights up with fire).
Yes! I want to brag about my deeds, I want other people to see that armor/emblem/effect. Not a liset decoration that only I can see. Like Pablo showed on twitter.
50k credits? For real? Mods that grow flowers on mobs to show off you are a end player? I have over 200 millions credits + I keep buying pedestal primes and I really don't think I'm the only one.
At this point I think DE really is 98% in to getting new players and it saddens me. -
I really didn't understand why they touched the AMPs. I think those were the last things that needed a "balance".

That is not how weapons get a primed version. (only Tenno weapons can be primed, with a few exceptions)
So, about your list:
Amprex Vandal - corpus
Hek Wraith - grineer
Lanka Vandal - corpus
Lenz Vandal - corpus
Tonkor Wraith - grineer
Atomos Wraith - grineer
Guandao indeed will receive a primed version at some point (it's a Tenno melee)

At this point (DE being super busy) I only can hope for a Rubico Prime or a model swap for the Lanka maybe also a change in the fire visuals - to look more like a lighting shot.
Yes, I would LOVE to see more snipers in the game. A infested one with a innate viral proc? -
Maybe the clan is too big and the number of active players too low?
Anyway, DE had said that they will not lower the requirement because it will not be fair for the clans who already got the required amount of mutagen samples. -

I rather bullet jump the whole map than wait for a gauge to fill up so I can move with my K-Drive or/and Archwing. -

Indeed, that is a Grineer Seeker and not a Manic. You can go for Helene-Saturn after wave 10.
