[Port Problem]

Hello! I am Capt.Lolz and I have come here for your help, when you join Warframe, some of you may get the Port Error, saying that you need to allow two ports through the Firewall, so I add these ports and let them through the Firewall, yet it still gives me the Message saying that I haven't done so, can I get some help?
