Despite reaching rank 2 in Cetus, and speaking to Natak I cannot purchase the mask I need to start the mask of the revenant. If I check the orbiter it shows that I have not met the prerequisites to start the quest even though I have. I have no dialogue option to ask her about a mask at all.
