28.0.0 dropped, the new Hona Bracket is the same as the "new" bugged Drimper Bracket, so they messed up and both uses the same texture.

Nope ...got itI really hate these twitch drop shows, always buggy as hell. Few days ago The Division had a similar 24 hour show, which if you watched for 20 mins you would get 3 skins ... guess what, most of the viewers didn't got it during the show even if they watched if for multiple hours (like me with ~8 hours).

You can beat the guards and Teshin too with only operator skills.
For guards: stun + dash + beam
For Teshin: switch to operator and beam ... repeat -
same ... also funny that my helios didn't have the attack percept on it originally

Same happened to me (tho in my case an old settings file saved the day):
http://imgur.com/a/RPlGxTho after restoring my setting file from a few days back it all went back to normal ... (kinda happy that i have a weird bug that nearly every day my setting file in the appdata/local just resets itself, so i keep a backup of it (since it contains the selected gears, favourite colors and other staff, that i would hate to set each day). So i just have to rename it every day to replace the empty setting file ... but in this case this restored my op too ... so happy :D)

For the 2nd we've just done it (after 18.0.3 patch) with a full squad, you need 1500 cryotic (15 full extractors) - dunno how it scales if you lose one

My tactic: Full duration Loki, Mercury/M Prime, stealthscan everything, repeat (with Hushed Invisibility i don't have to worry about shooting the reactor)
or daily spy missions for syndicates, same tactics
But basicly any easily stealthable mission work, spy, sabotage, even exterminate (scan, melee, repeat)

Personal top3 without order:
- Hushed Invisibility (i'm too lazy to change to silent weapons when i solo with loki)
- Greedy Pull (pretty good in defense)
- Chilling Globe (max range / duration globe is pretty good against infested)
Also good, but not my top3
- Fireball Frenzy / Freeze Force / Venom Dose / Shock Trooper (dmg boost is always good)
- Hall of Malevolence
- Soul Survivor
Useless:
- way too many

Escalation always about teamwork adn knowledge about warframe powers, f.e. we used chilling globe max range / duration frost and mesa, but a lots of combinations work ... if you know your powers it's easy
Personally i loved the 3rd mission

MK1-Kunai is missing its codex entry.
Nope, it's there (but i dont know if u need to buy and lvl it to appear or not, i have a lvl30 in my inventory)

well, basicly codex is unreliable, since only mods in droptables are shown, now totally 36 mods missing from it

So with 30.3.0 the Command Rank 10 leaked ... and it's the worst possible reward that i've ever seen in the 8 years i'm playing. You collected your "ultimate" crew, well, good for you, you can delete all of them.
In march we got the crew, everyone was happy and started min/maxing their slots (in my case all 33 slots that's available). Now at least 2 months later (plus the time this update comes out from now) you want to introcude better, stronger "elite" crew, so all the 100.000s of mats and time we wasted on checking Ticker and collecting, playing with our crew, getting attached to them ... well it's was all for nothing, literally NOTHING ...
In the last 2 months i filled all my 33 slots with the crew i wanted, checked Ticker every single day and hired around 80-100 crewmembers to min/max them, and now with that planned Command 10 you mean that it was for nothing, i can dump all of them? ... I'm not happy ... i want my time and all my recources back if you go thru with this.
