  1. I have made sure that everything has been updated (including flash player and java etc) but it seems that both the site and the forums are missing the images and drop down menus.

    This is probably a site issue but it might be something wrong with my chrome browser but has anyone else had this or is there any solutions?

  2. I have been playing equinox for a bit since a week after release and every time I want to switch forms there is a 2 second delay that cannot be changed.
    This got me thinking - since we can be in hybrid form in relays and the Liset, could we adjust or (dare I say it) rework the frame to utilise this hybrid form.

    For Example

    Metamorphisis
    Since we know that the duration already affects the form change buffs, it could be changed to work with the hybrid form.
    When changing forms you have the set 2 seconds where you transform but for... lets say half the duration, you can stay in hybrid mode. This would give you both the benefits at half strength for both forms but the form shifting from will have it's strength drained away while the form you are shifting to will increase by the same amount.

    I'm sure this can (and probably will) be expanded more (eg adding abilities for Hybrid form) and in no way is this a priority for warframe changes. However, I believe that this is a way to add more interaction whilst changing forms especially whit the 2 second change time.

  3. Well i use him often in day form and in last time i tryed to look at the numbers

     

    1. NO line of sight is needet

    2. Dmg can be up to stored (atleast it is what i saw 10k stored dealt 3xx to 9xxx dmg at around 10+ units) but still unsure

    3. Last dmg that was taken is stored i think or it seems like it (if enemy has 1k hp left and u kill him in 1 shot u will get around 1k stored)

    This is what I was confused about. When Maim had stored 20k damage, sometimes enemies would get damaged for 20-20k damage. It might be the ancients messing with the damage so it might just be me.

  4. Hi!  I would like to ask...

    How does the mechanic for Equinox' Maim work?
    Does the stored damage get split evenly/unevenly between enemies in range? 
    What gets stored? The damage of the last hit that dealt the killing blow? Or is it the damage left OVER from the killing blow (eg negative health mechanics in other games)
    Also, does maim require line of sight? Or some other mechanic or does it simply targets all enemies in range?

    Apologies for all the questions, I'm just confused with the ability after playtesting it. ^^'

  5. My idea as to why they haven't (released/talked about) any recently suggestion or proposal from the forums might not only stem from the ideology of a "production line" but they might simply be a week or 2 behind what they are announcing.

           For example (to hopefully make things more clear) if they announce that some Archwing stuff is coming, we might expect that it comes in a weeks time. However, they might have intended it for 2 or 3 weeks time. If they do read this thread and take the note that, "Hey, we should get some Archwing stuff ready soon" it will probably take effect 1 or 2 weeks after it was suggested. I do agree that there is some areas that are incredibly lacking, but for us we just have to wait. We can say what we want but we cant change what is already in motion (unless there is a big force behind it)

  6. I wonder if anyone has tried vauban against him laying out linking teslas. Let him walk himself to death.

    OT: I do think that the manic is a bit...manic but it seems to be more encouraging of teamplay. If one person knocks them down the rest can hose him on the ground. Of course this will be harder with a mob of angry grinner chasing you but that is where teamplay also comes in.

  7. So after encountering strict nat before and solving it though port forwarding, and a few weeks later, it is back to strict nat again.
    I have not changed anything and the old rule is still on. I have tried deleting and replicating the rule and it did not work. I tried to change the ports used in game and then add another rule for it. It did not work. 
    Is there any solution to this or is warframe over for me?

  8. The ports aren't being forwarded correctly if you're still getting that message. Perhaps we can help walk you through the forwarding process.

     

    Make sure you're forwarding UDP ports 4950 and 4955, and TCP ports 6695-6699.

     

    And then make sure your game is set to use those ports.

     

    It's possible that the error message for Strict NAT is showing the wrong ports, since Warframe underwent a port change fairly recently. Can you screenshot the error message next time you see it?

  9. I have this Strict Nat and this Upnp thing popping up at the start every time i start the game. I cannot join missions and i cannot join others. \I tried this porting forward technique but i dont know if i did it properly or if i did it at all.
     

    the message says: Strict Nat detected. Upnp malfuctioning. Please forward ports 3950 and 3955 to 192.168.0.4

    i have tried to go to my virgin media superhub and try to do as it says putting my starting port as  3950 and my end port as 3955. i put the number after the ip address to 4 and i did not change the "predefined rule" and left it was services (because i dont know what that is). after clicking add rule and starting the game, i still get the same message. Is there a fix that de can do to fix it?

     

    Apologies in advance i am at all not a computer genius and have no clue what i am doing.

  10. The only issue I see with this is that it would be difficult to have a person host a massive map with a huge player count. Otherwise I would LOVE this to be implemented to add more of an RPG feel to the game. There's even potential lore to it such as making one of the Legendary Bosses a Neural Sentry Hivemind. This could then add more lore to the orokin and thier designs.

There should be a scoring system similar to what they have in defiance (of course tuned into a more warframe style)but your system seems to be based on kills meaning that poor RD masterrace and Vortex Booben get nothing from it. Maybe some sort of radial point scoring system which encourages teamplay and a shared (like 50% shared) point dirstibution so that those support dedicated players are rewarded more.
