No. You need to resend the confirmation Email, because you can't receive Emails with an address that doesn't exist yet. Just like how you can't walk pass a bridge that isn't built.

I usually like to bring my fake default coloured Excalibur along with my Veldt which has super cool but useless beeping sounds when your magazine is running out plus an also super cool alternative aiming zoom even without a scope, then rush into a random assassination node to cut down the always trash talking boss with Exalted Blade without even firing the gun since I'm terrible at aiming. It's so fun.

The list keeps players you've met for like a day though I ain't sure if the list have amount limits, maybe you should try and tag the dude in region chat.

You can see recent players in the friend list screen though I'm not sure if only invited into squad without playing a round together counts.

I was wrong, the cold element is gonna be blended with electric. You need another fire element stuffed before the riven and a cold one after it.

Use the first one with a cold element mod installed (event ones with status chance is better) before it and also put point strike+hunter munitions should do the thing. It still needs reroll for better performance tho.

If you meant that you couldn't join a friend's squad nor invite them into yours, one of you might have a horrible internet connection. I'm not sure what's the "lobby" you mentioned tho, if you meant your clan's dojo, make sure you have crafted the dojo key which the blueprint is given automatically as you join one.
I have no more idea if none of the above matches your situation.
