I dont like weapons that would insta hit after locked for certain time. Snipers will never work in this game, as it is too fast paced to sit down and camp.
Gets boring after a while though. Changing things up by stealthing with the first sniper would be nice, don't you think?

So I've heard DE likes to add unique or alternate types of weaponry in the game and I thought I came up with a worthwhile addition to any sniper's arsenal.
The weapon I'm thinking of will have some sort of never-miss ability to it, maybe like a codex scanner's tracking duration for scanning a target or having the gun automatically mark out enemy weak points and when the crosshairs correctly align, the gun fires as long as the bound firing key is held. Breaking this down, there are really 2 concepts.
Concept one:
+Give sniper rifle the codex scanner scope, allowing for recon/ team support
-Sniper rifle cannot fire at user's will
+Sniper rifle will never miss - will shoot after having firing key held over the same target for a certain amount of time(I'm aware this is a downgrade in terms of performance for skilled players)
+Massively increased damage
+Large amount of innate punch through
+Sniper rifle's accuracy is unaffected by heavy caliber
Concept two:
+Give the sniper rifle a unique scope which marks out all weak points when zoomed in
-Sniper rifle cannot fire at user's will
+Sniper rifle will never miss - will shoot after having firing key held and crosshairs correctly aligned with marked point(adjust point size as devs see fit for balancing and yes, this is pretty much a triggerbot sniper rifle)
-Very low damage/Low damage
+80% crit chance/40% crit chance(this is respective of damage reduction, with a higher crit chance granted as base weapon damage is further reduced)
+Significantly increased crit damage
(+Current crit mechanics makes critical hits on weak points subject to a higher multiplier than usual)
+Sniper rifle's accuracy is unaffected by heavy caliber

Oh i apologise, i didn't realise, particularly due to resources, a Specter has always been a 'Rich Man's Toy' to me.
Yeah I know... it doesn't need the last tier to cost 4x as much as the 2nd highest. DE plz fix :3

I think they should scale Specter tiers by AI levels, for example the Cosmic would have the same AI as the Specters in a Tenno Confliction mission. Also could work by all of them having the same AI level as a Tenno Specter but their skills are in different ranks in terms of mod cards. E.g. Vapour would have rank 0 skills, Cosmic max rank. Also in terms of Warframe Rank. Again, rank 0, rank 10, rank 20, Max rank.
They're already scaled to AI levels(partially) but there's no reason to use a cosmic specter at all, it seems, in addition to its ridiculous costs(what, 4x the price of a force specter?) and specters don't really do all that much at the moment. I think what you're suggesting with ranks is going to be a massive nerf... an unranked warframe controlled by AI will instantly die with presumably no mods at all.

As you all probably know, cosmic specters are the highest tier of specter available but what's with the ludicrous costs of these top end specters compared to... say... the 2nd highest tier, force specters? Even with considerably reduced prices, the force and cosmic specters cost 1000 polymer bundles, 1000 plastids, 1000 alloy plates, 1000 circuits, 50000 credits with 8 hours building time and 500 circuits, 1000 plastids, 5000 nano spores, 1 gallium, 60000 credits with 8 hours building time respectively. As listed, you may have noticed the cosmic specter costs even more credits than the force specter along with a large amount of other highly sought after resources like plastids, circuits and gallium, and let's not forget we receive 3 force specters per batch. The difference in strength, I hear you ask? The only notable difference between specters is the spawning levels. While a force spawns +5 levels relative to the base of your current mission, the cosmic specter spawns +10 levels, a very, very slight increase, so... what's with these cosmic specters? They definitely need rebalancing, maybe make them reusable with a cooldown duration of a day between each use for example. What do you guys think?

First thing, mod's, this should not be in the tenno assistance category because im just looking for opinions.
SO me and my friend have been on wf for a very long time, we have never had failed to join really, but in the past few months, i cant invite or join my friend, i have to get someone else to invite us.
And sometimes my friend can join someone but i cant, its strange.
Ive seen multiple threads, and people responding with good answers, [DE] Rebecca posted something about we need to see EE logs, and i cant find how to do that...
Yes ive been on helpdesk, [DE]Timothy said restart my game, and i should port forward, and disable UPnP, ive done all of it, the only way i can join my friends is by pure luck, it just works after ages, its weird.
And im sure im not the only one having this problem, so ide like to know
how do i get ee logs! because ide like to know what is going on, my router is almost brand new, from telecom, i have ultra fast broadband, i downloaded warframe back in 2013 in 6 minutes!, and ive never ever had connection problems with the new internet and router, and in no other game have i had connection problems.
I respect that this is in beta, but ide like to know some serious time and effort could be put in to fix this.

I'd like to see prime frames get better "side-stats". I.e. things like faster shield regen(significantly, like 50% more) or higher movement speed(More than Rhino Prime's 0.3 increase), perhaps you could have higher/longer jump distance, higher stamina, little things like that. You could also change the way certain skills work, for example, you could switch Rhino Prime's stomp with a much smaller radius but with massive damage boosts and add new skill modules for that purpose. So, you would have a Rhino Stomp module and a Prime Stomp module for example. Things like that won't end up destroying the game but they will make primes a much more useful addition to the game.
Rhino prime only got a 0.1 base increase?

The reason primes arent already overall stronger than the normal versions is because DE wants all frames to be as viable as possible. They dont want the primes frames to be the "You have to get ___ Prime warframe because its so much better than its normal counterpart".
However, DE has stated recently that they are looking into giving prime frames a very slight boost. For example, Rhino primes speed boost, or Excalibur primes increased shield regen. These arent exactly game changing and they dont make the Prime version so much better than the normal version.
It keeps both versions viable. Which is the way it should be honestly.
Psst! I think this post primarily addresses the lackluster aesthetics of the prime warframes? The OP isn't inquiring on why the prime frames besides rhino prime don't have a buff but instead, he's suggesting they should keep things consistent and remember, emphasis on the "slight" stat buffs...

I agree. He asked me to.. I figured why not. I wish everyone would remember all the comments are going to him and just because I posted this doesn't necessarily mean I support this.

I don't see the "outrageously" part of the ban, it seem quite reasonable.
I'm pretty sure every game says to "never give out your password." (that require one)

From what I can see in the EULA they did not break it but DE holds the right to terminate there accounts for no reason so that is not likely to help them.

Ban was justified.
Logging into someone else's account is bad enough, but then screwing around with Clan rights and membership to boot.
I've kept the original wording lol but he has explained the situation to me otherwise or was just a bit vague... imacatmeow was the guy.

Hello everyone, I was asked very nicely by MrScottah and gyphon3000 to post this as they are completely banned from Warframe due to some meager misconducts - they are no longer even able to access the forums. I have only edited the punctuation, grammar and certain incomprehensible or overly lengthy sentences for the following; the choice of words is purely theirs.
Victim #1, MrScottah, has said:So I have been banned from Warframe. Why? But months later, Dylan tried to humiliate me, Griffin and 4 of my friends. He has admitted to some of this after the whole ban incident so I sent a ticket to DE trying to explain the situation as best as I could and [DE]Sully, after a week, replied and did not unban my account. He said i had been banned for a very serious breach of trust... Now my ban is an EULA ban, and it ends in 2035. That's 20 years away and by then I will be 34, probably have a wife and kids and there will be a Warframe 4. Now after a while I still couldn't find anything to do with trust on the EULA page at https://warframe.com/eula . I have stated in other messages that i have certainly learnt my lesson and the week I've been banned for and all the commotion has made me extremely sad and depressed as Warframe was my favourite game ever and I've saved up all my Christmas money to use on it. Now i have nothing.
Update: I logged onto his account as a prank, I did not know that its a violation of trust. Dylan attempted to humiliate me and my friends, others told me about what he had done to them and now I'm banned. He should be the one who is banned, and I'm sure the 7 people in this S#&$ agree strongly. Just to let you know, Warframe is my favourate game and it feels like DE have taken a chunk out of my life. If you are expecting a 14 year old teenager to always be on track then think again. Everyone makes mistakes, and a 20 year ban is just heart breaking

Not really.
Just make about 4 ranks of legendary cores that takes 0 credits to fuse, and have the mod energy to take 1 rare(Not uncommon, compensating for player time here, but that's it), mod up from rank 5 to whatever rank the player had their steel charge at.
Rank 6 steel charge? Rank 0 legendary core. Contains enough mod energy to take a rank 5 rare mod up to rank 6.
Rank 10 Steel Charge? Rank 4 legendary core. Contains enough mod energy to take a rank 5 rare mod up to rank 10.
It would barely take anytime at all once they got the first one done.
Grind needs to stay in warframe, that's all the game has right now. Giving players the ability to skip it entirely is a bad choice. Streamlining it, reducing it slightly to a point that is sensible is better.
Once Warframe gets replayable/enjoyable content progression or not then Legendary cores won't matter as much.
Exactly what I mean. And let's not forget this legendary core thing is just my provided example thought when it comes to weapon balancing, they're just as bad... I mean the Akmagnus? Upon release it had 8.7 rps, 100 damage, some pretty good crit stats. Talk about OP... Then they decide to nerf it down to under 400 base dps with practically no crit stats? And then a buff to give it one of the best crit stats and status chances for secondaries? How the hell do things like this even happen?!?! And I originally posted this because I see people crying about this and that being overpowered but it's understandable to grasp veterans' attention, they've got to introduce more and more overpowered gear. That's totally understandable but then, the older weapons are just absolutely trash. Take the Soma for example, and compare it to a weapon of a similar class, the Supra. See what I mean?
