  1. I don't care if there are many posts on this. DE needs to see this and fix this. I'm essentially on a forced break because even simple maps like Hydron are 10fps unplayable. People with ps4 pro saying the same thing. It has to do with being in a squad and network code. My suspicions are it is is RJ related and that's why any devstream questions about it are ignored. I also noticed that their client side loading fix no longer works (when you are not the host, bullet jump and head spin at a door for multiple seconds before it will open).

  2. This particular performance problem started in The Old Blood patch in November. It was reported in the patch thread and DE Danielle replied to it and also mentioned they are looking into it on a stream shortly after. Alas, it is April and the slow downs persist sometimes 5-10fps in a hydron session. I know that it has to do with the network code and also how many warframes are using flashy abilities. Just before this they had implemented network improvements to where you wouldn't be bullet jump head spinning on doors waiting for them to open because you weren't hosting. Well that lasted a few months and is gone now. Scarlet Spear is an eye stabbingly painful event with these issues. I just want cross save already so i can abandon ship. If it's also bad on ps4 pro (reported on Reddit as well) then PS5 wont save it.

    Yeah I was paying attention and had to level in Hydron again. I was a speed Nova and had a Trinity, hyldren, and mag. Fps got down to 10 again. Ehhhhhhhhh

    A crash happens with a full squad but not two or three. Because the frame rate drops SO LOW this happens. 

    Does it still happen for you? I remember around this time, the 10fps Hydron moments. Played some rj over the weekend and got down to about 15-20fps in some parts.

    It doesn't matter whether I agree with the OP or not, I'm just genuinely overjoyed to see so many people like Nyx and want her to be better. DE please listen to the people and make Nyx amazing.

    Totally! It's a freaking psychic mind control frame! The awesome idea deserves it! Haha

    As the game went from "cc is King", to "kills are king", it would be wonderful to be able to use her in more situations than just interception without pissing off a squad. Exaggeration, I know.

    i agree that absorb should just be assimilate, but making assimilate augment letting her move freely and be completely invulnerable is  way too much 

    I like this for chaos. And have the procs stack up over time, perhaps based on modding such as strength.

    For absorb, you may be right but it is a mod slot after all. It has to be worth it. Maybe move freely but absorbed damage costs a bit more. Or maybe she moves in her own unique way with it.

    Preach! And the damage needs to be a big buff. Today I tested the 1 Aug after mainline. I had a strength build with about 940% extra damage and loaded up the target another 800+% with kuva brakk. The lvl 170 corrupted heavy gunners eximus units were still just tickling each other. It was only useful with high level corpus units.

    Idk, for very few guns it is. For most, the set bonus cannot make up for the mods that could be sitting in it's place.

    for the gladiator, it would need to be less cumulative, like 8/10/12/14/16/18 %, instead of 10/10/10/10/10/10% for all ;

    for a total of 8/18/30/44/60/78% instead of 10/20/30/40/50/60%.

    And the thing I loved most about it wasn't even the damage boost but the (additional) non-LOS mass CC, it's a terrible shame Ember lost that.

    Oh ok. Well that one was great for defense and it had added fire damage when shooting from it. Would have been really good with fire rework.

  13. I miss old ember. So much. Just look at my rooster head Avatar. However, I have come to accept this rework is here to stay. So, I offer suggestions.

    Fireball:

    Everyone is still saying it is useless. What if we combined it with the previous fireball that has duration and strategic elements? I would use this at defense points and interception terminals. Holding cast button increases the duration in which the area burns, the damage and the size of the burn area.

    Armor thing: 

    Ok, I get that some players had trouble staying alive with old ember. She would have been fine with the recent shield buff and enemy accuracy fix now but anyways... That energy drain has either got to go or be severely decreased. Don't punish us for using the Warframe pls.

    Fire blast: 

    Ok, it knocks enemies down and can strip armor, but I really miss the fire ring that had duration and a strategic element. What if enemies get a fire proc and not blasted away? Armor gets stripped over time. Most the time, I feel like I am only casting this to stop the energy drain of the 2nd ability. Which is weird cause I am wasting energy to not waste energy. Huh?

    Meteor thing:

    Ember, for most of us, was an exciting and mobile ballerina of fire and death. The "stop-to-cast, please shoot my face" chest bump animation has got to go. She even does it when no enemies are targeted. It's so bad and breaks up the flow of her speed. I shouldn't have to aim glide or slide cast. I literally cannot play her without Natural Talent equiped. Another great change would be if the cone cast range expanded with range mods like how baruuk's jiggly tummy ability works. Also, enemies run around like they are completely unaffected by the fire like "this is fine". I think they should get the normal 6 second fire proc and dance for cc.

  14. With all the changes that have taken place, could set mods be buffed/tweaked to be more worth using a full set? I think the only ones being used now are gladiator set for exhalted weapons and augur set since the shield buff. 

  15. I really love the feeling of these open world areas but for some players it isn't enough. Might I suggest adding more mission bounty types to make it feel more dynamic? And not just a few more but like 2-3x more?

    More enemies in fortuna with no alert state is a complaint I hear. Another is that the full alert just goes away after about 20 minutes.

    Ranking frames and weapons is hard in open world. Perhaps the affinity range could be multiplicatively increased out there.

    I'd love for other players to add their ideas here too since now DE is going back and fixing what is already in the game.

  16. With the much appreciated adjustments to Titania rework, could we get some to nyx too? Since enemy vs enemy damage is really poor, could mind control or the augment be buffed for more damage? Could chaos receive a little buff like that too? I think the 4th ability damage output is also too low at high level. Not worth draining 400+ energy. Also I think it would be nice if you could slow walk during her 4th ability and move normally with the augment. Ty

  17. This is great! Props! There's just two more minor changes needed. When using Titania's 4th ability and melee, often times the camera goes to the bottom of the floor or even beneath the floor/map. Also can her 4th melee use scaling mods to make damage vs high level worth it? Thx

  18. After a mission, if I want to change a loadout, weapon or Warframe build, or open any menu, there has been a huge lag on ps4 for over a year. Sometimes up to 15 seconds while squad members are becoming impatient. I look on PC videos and do not see this huge performance hit.
