Not to mention how miniscule these bonuses give on the actual weapon.  Personally I feel like it actually BALANCES their damage, seeing as how extremely low they are compared to other weapons that attack MUCH faster and deal better damage per second [hell the Manticore only boosts SOO LITTLE damage at the cost of 0.1 attack speed lowering it to a total of 0.8 attack speed which is low as hell with it's EVEN SLOWER attack animation].

  2. It was only until recently that you could keep melee channel on while using your primary and secondary, before it didn't stay on when you changed between weapons.  Now I can't show off my glowy colors :(

    why oh why... does someone feel the need of pointing out the cool bugs. now it was fixed. :(

  3. I know that it's just that I don't remember them dropping resources and it confuses me.

     

    I am also aware that we are but ants to the RNG gods but I'm still wondering if they reduced the drop rate for Spectres dropping mods as I have not seen any since the previous hotfix.

How many Stars can you get on a Warframe/Weapon/Sentinel?  I've only polarized up to 3 times on a weapon so I don't really know the maximum amount of stars you can get in total on a weapon.  If I were to polarized a gun more than 9 times would 9 Stars show up on my weapon?  If I chose to polarize things even more would I be able to get atleast 20+ stars on a weapon?  LOL stupid question I know but I was just curious is all

  5. Because the ability to speak openly shows the a hint of mortality. Tennos fight to keep balance in the system, if they were giving the ability to speak they would eventually become more emotional, merciful, and sympathetic. You know why the boss always attempts to taunt the Tenno? To try and bring their guard down. Tennos are living weapons, the ability to try and understand their targets would eventually end up making them a STALKER, and the LOTUS doesn't want that. So the Tennos do the physical labour while Lotus interrogates captives and understand the situation to better order the Tennos. As for the eyes, they have them, what do you think those glowing dots on their warframe's helmet and bodies are for?

  6. Why not have an event where the infested are growing too powerful, and threaten to eliminate both the corpus and the grineer. Only one side can be saved completely, so the Tenno have to choose which side to defend.The standard victory condition is to keep one side from losing ground. This would be represented not by having a bar reach 100%, but instead by keeping a bar from reaching 0%. The objective could be simply to kill tons of infested (which now show up in every level and are always a higher level than every other enemy). Mercury would be a safe haven for newbies, as well as solo.The Extra Victory condition is keeping both bars from reaching 0%. This would give us extra goodies and be much more difficult since both bars would be constantly draining. This would require coordination, because it might be just as likely that the Tenno try to cover too much ground and completely lose.Lore reasoning: The infested have been biding their time, allowing the bodies to pile up from the Tenno slaughtering both sides. They collected all of the organic tissue they could find and began to replicate more and more soldiers. This caused the infested numbers to boom out of control and they are now simultaneously attacking all planets. They can't hold this up forever, but they may not have too. Currently, neither the Grineer or the Corpus have enough resources to successfully withstand the swarm. The Tenno must choose which side needs more help.This way there would be a time limit (How many extra infested troops are left) and two goals (help Grineer or help Corpus). There isn't anything actually restricting the Tenno from helping both, but the bars will drop with every Grineer/Corpus killed by either the infested or the Tenno.Thoughts?Edit: Formatting

    So the progress bar would be constantly changing depending on how many infested are killed right? As in a higher % would indicate one side winning while the CURRENTLY losing side would have less % showing, making the bars equal to 100% in total, so you'd constantly see one bar at 51% while the other is at 49% indicating that the 49% side needs to pick up the pace to get above 50%. And when they do the 51% bar would go back to 50% - meaning whichever side is at least 1% above the other - would be declared the winners. Also needs to have a 6 hour or less time limit so that after its over you have a chance to go to the other team; giving you the opportunity to gain exclusive rewards from that side after every 6 hours for (oh idk) 4 days or 12 hours each for 6 days? Oh and no choosing sides, just say that the LOTUS's communication was malfunctioning giving Tennos different order to aide a faction so that there won't be any teams stacking.

  7. A full on potatoed mk-1 formad at least 4 times with max leveled crit mods, fire rate, multishot and elemental mods make for the most accurate and damage dealing weapon (best so far in my opinion).

    Edit; Has a great recoil and legit fire rate to boot. In the hands of a pro it really is the best.

  8. I didn't get bored after 500 hours... I got bored at 1000. I think Steve has the right idea though, it's better to expand the player base than the gameplay mechanics ATM considering that this game will also be f2p in the Ps4.

  9. Idk did you see livestream 12? It looks more space menacing and not at all skeleton-ny I bet it's back strings will have a lot to do with its skill particles forming up for a ape spread beam, not at all magic-y. Don't forget that Science fiction is practically the same as magic, their just introduced in different ways and with either one or the other to be proven true. Like the Big Bang.

  10. 1. Not everyone has a well organized team/group/party

    2. not everyone was free during some of the alert key missions.

    3. not everyone has a fast frame with a speed mod

    4. not everyone has a well organized life to be able to schedule anything. (heck i used to get calls to go to work at some stupid times)

    6. why do you care so much whether we complain to DE or not? are you being affected by these complains? does it cause a negative reaction to your life style or gameplay?

     

    As a person who could careless about this event (thus why i didnt participate and could care less about the mods) i find you people, who for some strange reason feel like you have the right to say who deserves the mods or doesnt, more disrespectful than the people who are complaining. Even though i know that some complainers went over board, doesnt mean you should group the whole community who couldnt finish the 100 points under the same category.

    You obviously haven't been to any other online game forums enough. It may be a general discussion section where your free to troll around endlessly but unlike other gaming companies this one actually listens to what their players have to say. Spamming the same thing over and over again about the same damned thing only thickens the amount of things they have to read - making it harder for what may be the main problem. Balance is key to keeping the game going, if people complain too much the game's credibility goes down and the rate of there being new players(customers) is lowered. Also if your playing an online game and is actually dedicated in playing for fun - not giving a rats &amp;#&#33; about an event with few rewards - than that's fine, otherwise the vast majority should already have an idea of oh idk being damned organized (I mean seriously? There a $&@#ing RECRUITING chat bar ffs the game is already organized for you!) and don't you even go about whether or not you need free time; DID YOU EVEN READ THE FKIN THREAD?! Go home OP your blood has turned into vodka.
  11. Best thread I have read so far. Kudos to you Tenno for brining discipline to our shameful Tennos that decided to use their scattered free time for something else they would rather do and complain about not having enough time. The thought of letting these dishonorable Tennos to stop corrupting the forums with rants about not having enough time when clearly they didnt care enough - gave me migraines on whether or not these types of players should even exist just to attempt on bringing the game down. Really you sir deserve a medal! Just hope most of them are actually reading your post and not wasting away in their cryopods - thinking everyone will do their bidding.

  12. Maybe a solution to this "takes away the grinding" stuff would be to implement blueprints, that you have to find at random. For example the droprate on the Thunderbolt-mod is pretty low, however finding a blueprint for this mod is easier. One problem is still unsolved by this. We have to grind less but i think it is still a little bit to easy, so maybe add some materials to the list instead of just mods.

    Taking into account i still like the current system how you can fusion mods, but the results are frustrating and expansive.

    So yeah. My opinion.

    Idk about that; the original idea was mods were needed to make mods. Other materials are better used for everything else, it'd only make grinding for the materials harder than it already is. Buying the recipes through credits seem like a better idea, it would get more players to hop into credit-only reward alerts.

    Edit: Not to mention it'd give people one more reason to farm high leveled missions for more credits, instead of rushing low leveled ones for low amounts of credits. It'd give some new players more breathing space seeing as most of them want to explore every new tile they see.

  13. It would make it easier to get the mods you want... but if it that was the case than it should be harder to level up the average mod (just a bit more quantity needed to up a mod). If we are able to get the mods through quantity I feel that we should put some disadvantage in the process of leveling them up - don't get me wrong I think a mod like serration is perfect the way it is and would only be a pain if there were more like it for me to level - it's just that I feel like it'd make things too easy without an Achilles heel. Also that mod recipes would cost credits, giving people some reason to actually convert their plat for mod recipes! :0

    Edit: This was probably thought of already because of the dual mods that's around already. But if it were the dual mods case I think the cost should be 4 times the amount of mods to make them, seeing as having two affects in one is like a forma giving/changing polarities to deduce the amount of points needed into half.

  14. The demand for content is always like this. You should really think of Warframe as an Online Multiplayer Game instead of what you would get out of a Single Player Game. You need to realize that the faster online games dish out content for us pixel eating monsters, the faster the game will eventually close down (e.i - Soul of the Ultimate Nation by Webzen). It's not like they can just give us everything we want, these things need to be well thought out. Most gamers take their time finishing content, loging in frequently just to play a mission or two. Don't think of it as a jar of cookies - taking only a few handfuls to finish - but as a giant cookie dough ice cream cake that'd last you at least a decade to finish.

    Edit: And it's not like they expect every possible Tenno to go hardcore grinding mode. You as the player have the choice to do exactly the opposite of that. Just take your time if your not trying to compete for leadership board ranks. If your bored challenge your friends - and doesn't have to be a duel - you can just make your own challenges.
