    Since your weapons were sold by your hand, you probably won't be getting them back as they didn't disappear from some random occurrence or a known bug. And Support doesn't give better to treatment to anyone, regardless of their Founders status or money spent on the game.

    Don't fret, the devs view both Feedback and bugs equally as both are important to the game. 😄

  3. If I might offer my insight, try searching only caves. In my experience, caves provide the best source of veins whether it be red or blue.

    I went Copernic hunting for maybe forty-minutes, give or take. Granted, I did have a resource booster from daily log in so that might help too.

    That's how a lot of this stuff starts, you're correct. They say something that would get you in trouble anywhere because you wouldn't say that in public - or at least I hope not. Then they end up complaining when they're caught.

  5. Support doesn't hand out bans just because they want, nor will you find some "seemingly mad support team" here on the forum. Anything directed toward Support is, hopefully, for good reason. They follow guidelines similar to what we follow here - https://forums.warframe.com/guidelines/

    They're not reckless and take everything into account. I'm not sure what you've seen on the net, probably someone mad that they were actually caught, but Warframe Support is nothing short of hardworking.

  6. Most likely. You should submit a crash report anytime this happens. If the issues persists, and you continue to crash several times more, contact Support and tell them what you were doing when it happened.

  7. A script was done in-game to ensure that those who were eligable to receieve the drops received them. If you have not received them there was probably something you did not meet to reward you with them

  8. A large portion of this thread has been hidden due to the nature of this thread. Chat moderation is there for a reason. Words will be censored in the in-game chat if they are words that some people may deem to be offensive.

    If you don't take offense to certain words then that's okay too but not everyone is like that. Certain words, said in a certain way, and in a certain context, can make people feel extremely uncomfortable. This is why the filter is in place. Some things shouldn't be said in a public setting around people you barely even know.

    With that being said, this thread will be locked.

  10. Going to shift this over to PhP as it's not exactly a feedback thread. We the players might be able to find a solution for you!

    Since Trinity Prime was going along with the Twitch Prime thing, was your account linked at the time? Also, did you claim the Twitch Prime gift from the website? That sort of thing is not automatically given unless you claimed it. Also, how long ago have you contacted Support? They're under some stress at the moment so their responses might be a bit delayed.
