    This is more or less correct. Making a thread here on the forum won't resolve things faster or reward your ticket with any extra attention. To only thing is to be patient with Support as they do have a lot on their plate.

    This Warframe is no longer available, and will not be available again due to it being exclusive to certain Founder packs.     The Founders' program closed on the 1st of November, 2013, as announced on the warframe forums. This closure is inclusive of pack upgrades.

    Topics that are hidden you wouldn't know. But topics that are locked, typically you do because the mod posts that its been locked.

    Therefore, general performance is being discussed. Some people will have seen it such as myself, though ive been here for almost 4 years. Others who may not frequent the forums as much, may not see some particular examples.

    I do firmly believe this is the literal example of feedback because a portion of the community is telling the moderators that they are dissatisfied with their performance. Again, when spoken to in private, generally there is nothing that comes from it, or we are ignored. I myself agree that there is some heavy handed censorship that happens in these forums and threads like these end up getting locked and hidden when the community tries to say something about it.... which completes the circle and creates distrust and animosity.

    If it comes into a matter of following the rules then yes, don't make a thread to talk about it. I understand what you're saying Faulcun, truly I do but its simply how things are to be done. If there is a problem with moderation which is what this thread is about, then it must be discussed with that moderator individually and in private.

    But a thread like this can be just fine as well so long as it remains peaceful. We as moderators read through it which is what I'm doing right now. We take all of this into consideration and we try not to simply dismiss things.

    Again, if anyone is against what a moderator has done, message them. Find out exactly what their mindset was at the time and who knows, it may get overturned. I'll keep reading through whats going on here as I'm sure a few others will as well.

    What threads were closed? Who were the mods that closed said threads? These questions are at the forefront to getting the answers that I think you're looking for. Remember, if you have a problem with a thread being locked, contact that mod that locked it and politely ask why. Maybe there was something that the mod saw that you may have overlooked and its as simple as 1-2-3.

    But threads like this serve no purpose as it is one, not feedback and two, there's not really a discussion to be had. I'd rather offer information than lock a thread like this because it could all simply be a misunderstanding.

    Waiting times will differ for everyone. Typically tickets that are faster to solve on the spot will be handled immediately and then the other tickets that require some more work will be taken care of later.

    But that doesn't mean that they haven't acknowledged your problem, it's just that it's taking some time to work out.

    I thought with Limbo it was that if he rifted himself, he could move around untouched while in that plane of existence. But if he rifts an enemy with him, they are both in the "new plane" which lets them fight it out. Which is why he can't pick up loot from the ground when he's rifted. I may be wrong though. Been a while since I used the magic man himself.

    I used to at one point take my clan seriously. But you know things change, people left to do other things and whatnot.
