Dante Parts are Dropping But Disapear When Extracting

I have the same problem here; I just got Dante's BP, Systems' BP, and Onos' BP. Weirdly enough, I don't recall getting the Neuroptics as a reward, but as I extracted, all of the blueprints were gone, and somehow, I got the Neuroptics instead...
