@yarl5000 your guess was spot on. I just killed my 2nd lich, and this time noticed the hold to confirm. I must have missed it the first time in my haste to get back to the fight. Not sure I agree with this design choice, but now that I know...

Well I'm glad I just went to take screenshots. Guess I'm a fool. Somehow I have converted instead of killed? I'd swear I hit vanquish. At least it's not a Bruma or Nukor.

I just killed my first kuva lich... picked vanquish for the choice, got the achievement, reclaimed all my stolen goods, and had charges taken from my parazon mods. I never got the weapon. I was told to check in my foundry by clan members, but nothing was there to build, or already completed. Not sure what I did wrong here, but that was a lot of work for a lot of nothing.
