Cats are evil creatures who's sole purpose is to either feed off the souls of small animals, or slowly feed off the soul of a larger one (you).
In other words: Make sure it can kill rodents.

How many mod slots does it have? And is it a prime version?
Serious answer:
It depends on from where you get it. I would really recommend getting a cat like that from a good breeder with proper papers and the medical stuff sorted. Too many people try to breed cats for cheaper prices and basically abuse the poor things just to make money and lie about it. A good breeder will be affiliated with a proffesional organisation which at least tells you the cats come from a good home and are in perfect health.

When I was a child, I used to play with Bionicles (I'm sure we all did at one point or another) and I built this giant Mega-Robot thing (since I was little at that time, the toy was almost my size - perhaps 70-60 centimetres tall) out of parts from my already owned ones. Then I had to come up with a name for it. There was this expensive Bionicle named Axon. I liked the name and decided: Axon=Noxa. Then I added Tron for more coolness and there we go! Noxatron.
Noxatron was my first Warframe account, but I f**ked it up, because I didn't know what I was doing. Then I created another account with a similar name (don't remember how I came up with that one) - Noxonion.
And there's my story.

i don't see why it has to be phobos. Would prefer if you found the kubrew on earth or ceres since they have no animals yet. Desert skates are special and OP so they deserve phobos for themselves.

Anyway, this was the thread waaaay back when we didn't know s**t about getting this pet. So, yeah.
What will be the actual way of getting the beast:
1. Get a Liset.
2. Build the DNA foundry.
3. Destroy a Kubrow den @ Earth.
4. ???
5. Profit.
So, some us us have been waiting for U13 for a reason: Kubrows! Since DE hasn't implemented them yet, idea time!
You walk near the reactor thing in the Orokin Lab, press a button and a research window pops up.
There are two things that you can research: the Orokin Drone (gives you shield, functions like a sentinel) and the Tenno Kubrow.
Research Cost (Ghost Clan):
50000 credits;
3 argon crystals;
5000 Nano Spores;
and...
A Kubrow Tooth Fragment.
Now, you get these from Wild Kubrows in Phobos. They have a 50% chance to spawn instead of a Desert Skate, and have a 75% chance to drop a Kubrow Tooth Fragment.
Then, once you research said Kubrow, you get a new type of ,,blueprint" - the DNA code. Then you have to build the DNA replicator in the Dojo. After that you can replicate the DNA code of a wild Kubrow, modify it, and you automatically get a Tenno Kubrow pet. Now, these don't count as a Sentinel, you can keep the Drone and have the beast as your pet.
You can supercharge it, and mod it. It uses Sentinel mods, but not the ridiculous ones - it can't use Fired Up, Sanctuary, Self Destruct, Spare Parts and Guardian.
There are two specific mods for it:
Beastmaster - choose an enemy for the Kubrow to attack.
Guardian (The Kubrow version) - when your Warframe's health starts getting damage, the Kubrow will try to protect you: parry bullets, destroy the attackers etc.

Now about the Grineer (now chunky) Kubrow:
You can research it in the Chem Lab, the process is almost exactly the same.
The mods are:
Beastmaster
Tough Fur - when the Kubrow's health goes below 30%, he'll go on a rampage, slaughtering everything in sight and taking 90% less damage.
The Grineer Kubrow is less agile than a Tenno Kubrow, but does more damage and has more armor.

(Dragon) Nikana comes close to fitting the description given in the OP, but it fails the "protected by RNG" part (Tranquil Cleave) and can be brought for plat.

I don't even know what to feel anymore.
It seems those weapons were supposed to be released in the market, instead they put them in the clan just so people buy them once again taking pay2skip to a whole new level.
I want to go back to U8. The good old days...

Remember when the first Dojo weapons came out? It was Supra, Prova, Dera, Lanka, Flux Rifle, Torid, Acrid, Ogris, and Ignis. They were a pain to get, a pain to build, however, they didn't have any RNG protecting them. Players used them with pride and were destroying everything. One time I was farming Volt (J3 Golem, Themisto, Jupiter) and this Loki came along. He was colored in black and red and wielded a Flux Rifle. When we finally got to J3, he charged into him and began shooting. The Loki killed him in 2 seconds.
Anyway, these Clan weapons were something special, something new. You could obtain them from the Labs ONLY.
As time passed by, new Dojo weapons were added: Synapse, Spectra, Embolist, Dual Ichors, Scoliac.... They were special, unique, different from the other weapons.
Then DE added Jat Kittag, Marelok, Grinlok, Akstillettos and more. They weren't real Dojo weapons, though. They could be purchased with platinum and they weren't unique as the previous (Except for Jat). I feel like they were ,,rushed".
We're getting more and more clan weapons, but there shouldn't be that many of them, in my opinion. For example, Grinlok gets released. Then Marelok, which is better that Grinlok in every way. MIND BLOW.
And Nami Skyla doesn't even require clan tech resources!
So, do you think this is the end of Clan weapons? That Scoliac was the last one? Tell me how you feel below.

Personally I'm against buying something that's 50% wild, cuz it can tear my face off ;_;
