Yeah I guess the mode is not that great of an idea, but still an alternative to grind-farming resources would be welcome(other than buying for plat of course)

Dude its skins and other stuff you get in game anyway. Maybe I should have said Ayatan Cosmetic pack?
Like I said earlier in the thread maybe if you got only cosmetics then yeah but that 1k plat is just too much to be given out to basically everyone whos invested in the game enough to finish it
More likely it would just drive new players to prioritize the chart over anything else and one of the reasons this wouldnt be implemented is that DE needs their plat money, its a free game after all and 1k plat is pretty expensive without the sale coupons or whatever theyre called

Yeah getting rewards for progress is cool but getting absurd amounts of rewards for literally just playing the game for an amount of time isnt a good idea
Anyone can play the game and unlock the star chart its not an achievement
I think you might be suffering from the give-me-everything-for-no-reason syndrome

2. It invalidates all the grind a player has done to get powerful.
Have you made it to this part before replying:

You could pretty much say that about arbitrations as well "why did I grind to fit these strength mods in when I just get 300 strength for no reason thats stupid"
as if arbitration results dont depend on what overpowered gear u get
This would be basically the opposite of arbitrations with a different kind of challenge other than just one drawn out mission

So Ive come up with an idea of a new mode where playes would get a random warframe and 1 weapon, no mods just base stats and an overall revive count for all of them and would try to finish an endless series of missions that get harder untill they run out of lives or fail the objective
You wouldnt have to own the frame and weapon in order to play it, giving newer players an option to try out new things and giving veterans a unique challenge where they arent overpowered
Considering arbitrations already use the frame/1weapon randomisation it wouldn't be that difficult to implement into the game
As a reward you would get points depending on how well you did and for those points you could buy resources
Lets say it would be sort of a NightWave offering system but there would be various resources in rotation so you would have an alternative to grind-farming one long mission for regular or "rare" resource drops
Or alternatively the alert would be set on a random planet and at the end you get to choose the resource you want and would get an amount of it depending on the score
It could use the same menu as relics do but with the 4 resources that drop on the planet and people would each pick the one they want
Along with regular drops and some rewards at certain milestones thrown in I think a new mode like this would be a breath of fresh air

So you want to give everybody that ridiculous amount of stuff for a task that could be finished in about 2 weeks of starting the game with relative ease
Sounds like a reasonable request

To me the only thing that might be a bit of a pain is the index one, the others are incredibly easy
Edit: I agree that overall the credit rewards could be a bit higher

If we see a suggestion we don't like, we explain why we don't like them. We didn't like your suggestions, so we told you why.
Its not even that the ideas were all bad but the changes to the overall game would be too insignificant for DE to waste time on instead of fixing major problems

I hope some DE staff checks this thread because its "hot" and then realizes its just like 3 people s***ing on eachother
-
We were talking about them but you got sidetracked by childlishly replying to the bait replies and then attacked me for simply using the word bruh while I was trying to stay neutral

Bruh......

Thats just how I feel when I see all this
Just ..bruh
Ignore the annoying people and they will get bored and leave thats the basic rule, no need to turn the whole thread into a cringefest

Bruh
Cant you just stop

I think the problem with this post is that the title presents it as crucial groundbreaking stuff while most people would find this as nitpicking
And thats why people arent acting all that friendly
-
Yeah but the puzzle is random and you cant take a picture of how it went(unless of course u just spam screenshots)
When u polarize you usually have a certain build in mind so you dont forget, and can take a picture if you dont believe you can hold the thought
Thats the difference

Yes but its a relatively old game so all the additional content just keeps snowballing a huge pile of tiny quality of life things that may look like they should've been implemented a long time ago, but DE cant start fixing everything because of the new content they planned. For example right now with pressure on them to finish Empyrean as soon as possible because people want it
Hopefully they will take a little break from large projects and focus more on the fixes and improvements after empyrean
This being said they will probably have their hands too full with fixes for Empyrean to focus on the little things

To be fair these are considerably minor quality of life changes that probably arent gonna happen because they seem redundant/unnecessary as @WhiteMarker already said.
My take on it is that:
1) most players who forma often have ways to max the items out fast and already know what they wanna do with it
2) idk how it is on consoles, but you already have to hold the spore button to cast the augment so that wouldnt probably work, just improving the auto-aim I guess
3) thats not something we need and could be really awkward if the distance was set too high
Addressing the "toxicity" its just how it works you bring an idea and people hit you with the facts on why its a good or bad idea

One of the easier solutions could be a reputation system where people could rate the host they had at the end of a mission either good or bad and then in a random/public group there would be the vote to migrate to the "best" host of the 4 players according to the host reputation
-
I have the limiter on 100ms but the lag happens after u connect so u can join a person with 50 ping because nothing is happening and when theres a group of enemies or more effects going off at once the hosts pc cant handle it and its starts lagging and enemies are warping around
Also I don't get the removing players part
-
I think adding the option to force a host change would improve the overall experience as Im pretty sure most people have had the experience of joining a public mission just to realise the hosts pc/internet connection cant handle it and the ping fluctuates frequently over 1000ms.
Being forced to play an endless mission with a bad host simply isnt a good time.
DE could add a voting system to select a new host, or at least force a random host migration (probably not a good idea)
Also a quality of life thing: Let the original host select a new one in the lobby so people dont have to break up the squad and re-invite to change it.
-
Hello I had an idea which Im pretty sure most people would agree with. And it is the addition of a foundry queue where you could put for example 4 formas to build one after the other.
It would also get rid of the ridiculous waiting and spamming the mined resources refinement.
-
The renewal only activates in the cast radius and so I think the area itself should get a waypoint or at least some ingame effect letting people know where to go to get healing as it can be annoying trying to get everyone in the area mid-mission, especially in survival when people like running around a lot
I think a lot of people would find any sort of indication of the renewal area helpful

yeh, I'm in sortie 1 right now. Marker leads to (underwater) extract after 115 of 245 killed. And there's ~2 km of travel through an underwater labyrinth back to land.
I think I'll skip sorties today...
Encountered this as well except the enemies stopped spawning entirely after about 15 minutes and we still had 100 left to kill, while also encountering this water splash bug

This happened to me as well but it occured randomly after I jumped in the water and it lingered even after leaving the archwing
PLS Make new player life easier by showing weapon maxed rank symbol next to weapon name in market (where you buy weapon blueprints) PLS SEE IMG

Yeah DE should really add an "hide mastered" button to the inventory interfaces, like market/dojo research/foundry so you dont have to filter it out in your mind
