We are, but they said to go to the help desk which does nothing. Why can't they just give us the Archon Shard, they're mods, they can do that.

Thanks for nothing, what a way to celebrate 10 years of Warframe. Release a 90 dollar cosmetic pack filled with some useless new 'currency' that no one wants to just jack up the price on it when you all had to do was just lower the price, take out the regal aya & refund the difference to player who already brought this money sink in the first place. You guys learned nothing & fixed nothing. Just imagine what the next 10 years are gonna be like guys, yay!

It's like you guys hear, but don't listen, you just cherry pick what you want to hear. We wanted an option with no regal aya & to lower the price of this freaking money pit you call a pack. Lower. The. Price! 90 dollars can get me so much more than just a bunch of cosmetics & no weapon cosmetics either. The most I'd pay for this cash grab or 'The Heirloom Pack' is 30 dollar, not 90 dollars, 30 dollars, that's it, that's all. I honestly think that's why you guys skipped doing the Q&A for this years Tennocon. Because you knew that people would grill you all live on stage for this metaphorical middle finger. And speaking of Tennocon, more Warframe, less Soulframe. Myself & alot of other people wanted to see more about Wafrrame instead of your Dark Souls clone. But no, you took time away from Warframe's stage time for a separate project that should've just had its own screen time that didn't take time away from what people wanted to see. The 'future' of Warframe. Well so far the only future I see is one of cheap, lazy cash grabs & things being nerfed into the ground when buffing everything else would've taken longer, sure. But it would've been the right thing to do. At least half the price of the Heirloom Pack. If not, then you people have learned nothing.

Hey thanks for making the game worse & shoving the AOE & ammo changes down our throats instead of asking us what an ideal solution would've been. Or, or maybe just adding in even more challenging enemies instead of making great weapons crappy. Of course the most used weapons in a hoard mode game would be AOE because it's a hoard mode game. Well done, really nice guys. 👏

I noticed that we STILL can't trade Primed Chilling Grasp. It's only been a week & I have 2 extra of them in my collection that are gradually becoming more & more worthless over time, thanks alot DE, your response time is astounding.

It maybe easier to contact them, but CS doesn't usually get back to us until days later & half of the time there help is either non-existant or they're just unable to help us at all.

I didn't get the chance to get a screen shot of this even though I shouldn't have had to in the first place. I was doing the Exploiter Orb Mission for Nightmave Credit with 3 other people. We killed the thing, got to the elevator door & when I got to the elevator door, I got sent underneath the map for some reason. Even though I saw my rewards screen, saw my rewards & Nightwave Credit, I didn't get them when I finally loaded back into Fortuna after waiting about a minute or so with a screen with no UI under the map & my team was gone too.
I'm trying to post a screen shot of this, but it's not working at all, so here is a link to it instead. https://imgur.com/gallery/4WDKATo I've been seaching my inventory for any of my drops & I know that I got the Frost Ephemera along with a few Toroids & Hyldrens Chassis BP. Please help me, I just want what I earned.

It would've been nice if we got a few free Pexilus Adapters with this update in addition to the Pexilus Adapters from the Syndicate Stores being cheaper & not requiring a Forma to build them. That & if the Pexilus Mods would also been expanded to include more Mods for more variety too. Reload Speed should've been there along with Fire Rate.

It's not letting me trade either along with the 3 other people that I've been trying to trade with too. It's not working for alot of people if not everybody.
