Broken lights, yeah; they were in the patch notes.
I didn't think they'd be as much of a pain the in the &#! as they are, it's really hard to spot them. And it sucks when you are running a low level frame, when all of the sudden you're shields are gone and you are half-dead. I think they need to be a bit more obvious.

Frost Prime and Excalibur Prime are like 80% less aesthetically pleasing than the rest.

I got this too yesterday. I used two revives, went back to menu and now I have -2. It's only happened for me on my rhino prime.
For me I was a private session playing by myself, got killed by one of those frost grineer leaders after he zapped my shields. -
