I have the same problem. After cross-save I bought platinum on the website which is supposed to reflect on my account but my in game account doesn't have it. I thought it was an error and bought another, but it was the same thing, my website platinum increased but nothing on my in game account.

Since the companion bug has already been fixed, what do Information do I need to submit a ticket in order for my account to be identified and have a quicker response. Lastly under what section do I submit a ticket?

I’m having the same exact issue. Also have an issue where I have 2 different platinum for the two accounts. I bought platinum twice from the official website but it didn’t transfer into my game. Tried reaching out, but no one is responding.

After merging, I can’t switch my companion or use a companion anymore. When I click on the companion segment it opens and quickly exits me out. Tried different things, and it’s not working

If I merge my pc account and Nintendo, can I use same account on both platform anytime?? or Does it only limits to one account. Also I tried overwriting my Nintendo account but it didn't give me that option excerpt to merge. Also it gave my Nintendo name when I used my PC account as the primary account.
