For PC users you just copy a text that appears when you press an icon next to the item price which you then paste in the in-game chat, then pressing enter. :v

For me it happened in PoE and Orb Vallis. Also i couldn't even access chat without pressing Esc and using my mouse. Only solution to this is to die.
