I received a strange email after a while from "support.warframe.com" saying the following: Hello LOLfaceplant: This is an automated email that aims to collect all the necessary information that may be needed to resolve your issue. In order to expedite your request, please be sure to attach the files from the list below to your request as they will help us resolve the issue you are having as quickly as possible. ### If your purchase was made through Steam: ### - A screenshot of any confirmation email and/or your Steam Wallet purchase number. - A screenshot of the game transactions page in your Steam Wallet profile - go to https://store.steampowered.com/account/ then click on Game Transactions to find them. - Please follow these steps to find your Steam ID and include it in your message: *Open your Steam client, click your username in the top right corner and click "View Profile". * Next, right click on your profile photo and select the `Copy Page URL` option. * Please paste the URL in this request; With it, we will be able to see your Steam ID. ### If you have used any other payment method: ### - How did you make your purchase (credit card, mobile, PayPal, etc.)? - Please send us a screenshot of any transaction ID number or any confirmation number you received when your payment was confirmed. - If it is a mobile payment, please tell us the phone number you used to make the payment.
