I'm on my loadout where i mod and test new builds, and i'm modding like normal, adding forma, optimizing my builds, the usual. Next thing, i exit the arsenal and go into Sanctuary Onslaught to level stuff and find that i'm doing a fraction of the damage i was doing last mission, and my melee isn't using the stance i have installed. After the mission i go to look at my equipment to find ALL of the mods i had installed were now uninstalled, from every config of every weapon and warframe i had equipped, and only the ones i had equipped, ad i checked other weapons i had ramrodded tonight and they have retained their builds. I don't know what triggered it, but having to re-place every mod in every config of all of my equipment is near impossible, as the builds i had on some of it were old, and i don't remember what exactly used to be there. This situation also happened to me a couple months ago, where i logged in to find that all of my mods had disappeared from their configs in the last loadout i had used, just the night before.
Just in case: No, it's not a capacity issue. It has nothing to do with the new polarity slots. I didn't accidentally press REMOVE ALL on all of my configs.
Edit: It didn't remove my 4th config on my warframe, just the first 3.
