[Ember Ability Strength and Immolation]

My question is simple, how does Ability Strength interact with Immolation? Is AS on Cast all that matters (i.e. wait until Growing Power activates, then Immolate, and all's good) or does Immolate take AS as a floating value and fluctuate as AS goes up or down during its duration? (i.e. Immolate's DR drops as soon as GP's timer ends and goes back up if you trigger GP again?)

[Incorrect Message from Vor in Vor's Prize]

At the beginning of the second half of the fifth mission task, 'Build Negator & Obtain Nav Segment', specifically the point at which you go out to the Grineer ship to retrieve the Nav Segment, you receive a message from Vor at the start of the mission, however, this is the same message received at the beginning of the fourth task, 'Raid the Corpus resource caches' stating "You have murdered my sons and disgraced me before my queens." etc. I highly suspect this is not intentional and one of these missions is assigned the wrong message.
