Spent about 2 hours trying to spawn a kuva lich with the Kuva Quartakk with no success. I know there should be a quality of life function where, after a weapon is refused, it gets removed from the Larvling rotation until all the weapons have passed. In the time I spent spawning them I got to going through 2 entire rotations without seeing the Kuva Quartakk.
Yes, I am quite sure I haven't just missed the weapon, it didn't spawn. Maybe this is isn't a bug and I'm just getting terribly unlucky, but I was told to make a bug report just in case.
