Google Translate kinda broke in half when I tried to run this through it, telling me that the closest match was an Philippine native language called Ilocano, but I'm pretty sure "He la, me la" is supposed to be "Here, here". Again, there are like five languages in the song and I'm not sure what language it was pulling "He la, me la" from, but when I shift to Italian, it gives me the phrase "He there, me there".
