just did an Omnia Fissure run where I cracked 4 relics, but they did not count towards Unlock Relics (which I had recovered). I had 3/10 relics cracked before this mission, but it is still the same even after the fissure.

Is anyone having problems getting the recent hotfix (28.0.6)? I usually need a few short minutes to download it all, but up to now it hasn't even downloaded. I got off to restart the launcher for the hotfix, but so far it's crashed once, forcing me to force-shut the launcher. The bar doesn't even move, which is weird. I did just verify my download cache to see if that helps with the update, but it seems that it still doesn't work. I'm just stuck at 86%, 26.2 kb left.
EDIT: Never mind, I got the update.

Half on topic, half off topic: Glass Fissures spawn every mission, although the only exception are Void Fissures because it overrides the Glass Fissure.
-
Cephilates do not spawn in Void Fissures. When a Void Fissure spawns in, it converts enemies nearby into Corrupted and also spawns in Corrupted enemies. When converting enemies, they get a small stun animation that also makes them invulnerable for a short period of time. Judging from how you just held your Ignis, I assume you held down your fire button when they were in that state of invulnerability.

I can't tell which one you mean to be honest, but you probably mean the Pakal Armor Set. It comes from the Hunhow's Gift bundle.
It looks dope. I would say worth it even though it's 516 plat.

Thanks for the response. I imagine most people interested in stats, for trading, are because they're looking to vanquish and claim the weapon (at least this is why I look for stats). I honestly doubt the weapon stats make too big a difference to the Kuva lich itself, aside from maybe dealing the extra damage type.
Just going to add on extra information, which you may or may no know: You can fuse Kuva weapons, and it's based on the highest bonus stat. So some people search for high rolls to power boost, while some people look for low rolls for just generic slower boosting. Generally, stats = price level.
-
1. You can convert as many Liches as you want. You can only convert one at a time, because you can only have one active Lich at a time. Now for the spawning, I have no idea.
2. I don't know if the stats affect allied Lich damage when they spawn in to help, but most people care about the damage bonus if you plan to trade.
3. You can view your Kuva Lich history inn the Codex (Should be in Universe)

Is it the first time you logged in after Railjack Revised? They removed all avionics and refunded the Dirac because they removed the feature where one avionic had multiple versions. (EX. Hull Weave having a Sigma, Lavan, Vidar and Zetki version) Just rank up the avionics again and reinstall them.

I will say technically this problem is solved for me right now, but I might keep this thread open. My previous hunting experiences were: enter Plains, jump into Archwing, fly around and kill the Thumper. What happened to me was the Thumper didn't seem to spawn, which was different from before. After my previous reply, a Thumper spawned and I completed my Nightwave.
-
I've checked the spawn locations by flying in Archwing around the map several times. I'll try a high level bounty to check the spawn.
EDIT: I was in game when typing this, and one just spawned. Weird.
-
Title. So far today, I have tried searching the Plains three times, First two time solo, and the third time with a group. I have hunted Thumpers before, and know the spawn locations. However, no Tusk Thumper shows up at all. Is anyone else having this problem?

You do not need to find the items every time. The puzzle acts like a memory game, where you choose the evidence that matches your set. The order you find the items doesn't matter, and the order of the evidence in the puzzle is randomized as well. Just record on a piece of paper or something you can access quickly the bold words/pictures from your evidence, and jump through.
Do note that you can't aim glide, so short hops are safer.

Are you talking about the Protosomid Shoulder Guard?
Looks like this:
This was the Nightwave rank 28 reward from Season 2. Unfortunately, you can't get it now.
EDIT: The exact item as MagPrime posted.

Well that sucks. Thank you for the answers!

The shotgun status formula was changed recently and for most shotguns displayed values are now per-pellet rather than per shot as they once were. So in most cases, you get status on all pellets if it shows 100%, but it's currently impossible for any shotgun to reach this high. However, the Kohm is different because of its ramp up mechanic. It's first shot is always 1 pellet, and that's what's displayed in the arsenal, the status chance for that first shot. As it ramps up, status chance is divided between pellets, to keep roughly the same number of procs per shot on average. .
So does this mean Kuva Kohm loses status chance the longer I fire, causing less than 100% status per pellet?
-
So I recently got the Kuva Kohm, and it's so easy to build status. (starts at 90% already, so just slap on an unranked Shotgun Savvy for >100%) I know shotguns have 100% status chance per pellet if the gun is at >100%, but reading the wiki, it says the status chance only applies to the first projectile and the that status chance decreases the longer you fire. Does the 100% status chance apply to each pellet the entire time you fire it or does it drop off?

I know for sure I was practicing. I don't know what happened, but I got locked out of actually attempting and ranking up.
-
I am able to rank up right now to Rank 17, and I practiced twice to make sure I wouldn't mess up. I did on practice 1, which means lucky me. However, when I attempted to actually attempt the test, I was told "Training can only occur once per day. The test cannot be taken again for [24 hours]."
What?!?
Before, I was able to practice once before actually taking the test the exact same day. Did DE change this? (If this is in the wrong place, it's because I wasn't sure if it's a bug or a gameplay feature.)

I didn't realize they had those effects. I've seen them, but not the minimap effect. Thanks for the answer.
-
Today, as I was playing a mission on Mars, I noticed my minimap sometimes had a "Signal Disrupted" message covering it. When I asked the squad members if they knew about it, one person said it was a Grineer disruptor unit and they existed for a long time. The only thing I can confirm was that they seemed to be mini-blimps according to their minimap icon and said squadmate. Could someone tell me what happened?
-
So today, when I was playing a Sortie mission, I noticed this happened...
I don't think that's supposed to happen, but it didn't seem to do anything harmful. It pretty funny, though.
EDIT: I embedded the video.

I've run multiple Railjack missions, which were mostly Earth Skirmishes, and I have never gotten any normal loot that was dropped besides the bonus caches. This has started since the beginning of Empyrean, and I don't know if this is a bug since I haven't completely finished my Railjack, but this is annoying.

That should be the Railgun MOA. If you check the wikia page, you can find out what your enemy is as well as how to complete the quest. (Wikia page: https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Sands_of_Inaros)
Also, are you equipping the Urn in your gear slot while having Sands of Inaros as your main quest? You have to have both in order to progress.
EDIT: I misread your first question. The urn disappearing might be a visual glitch. If it's not filling up then I might ask support. (Can you add a picture so I can check?)

I would say there are a couple basic types of warframes.
For example, Rhino is a tank, Mesa is a DPS, Loki is stealth, etc.
The Unofficial Warframe Handbook has a page specifically on the warframes and how they work.
I would check that out for personal reference. (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ylw9HK2ol6yam3MMNbycbuHxjmctg3gCqsbI4yy2gK0/edit#heading=h.bqhu4ocjz4y)
If you're talking about gunplay vs melee, then it's somewhat a choice between if you prefer shooting at enemies or meleeing them to death.
