The claws don't even look right. They don't have a custom animation but rather use the fist weapon stance. This causes her to curl her fists up, cutting through the palms of her hands with the claws.
It is just a mess. An utter, utter mess.
This. This is one of the major reasons why I don't actively play valkyr. I'm using an ability to creat ENERGY CLAWS. Why am I tightening my hand up into a fist? Why am I punching people?! Wouldn't the point of getting energy claws be tearing apart everything that moves, not giving everything a knuckle sandwich?!
Its just bothers me that they slapped the fist weapon animation on her and called it a night

Give the damn thing a chance before you assume it won't work. The idea of it is to make melee as useful as gunplay. You're acting like its just a visual upgrade to melee. At this point it is a lot more.
Warframe is a game based around "choice of evolution/progression" as it stands. Players are able to choose their playstyle. The idea of melee 2.0 is the make a new choice of playstyle as viable as another. Nerfing the other should not be the answer to leveling the playing field.

Nerfing classes is the norm in mmos, as a good chunk of the damage normally originates from the class.
In Warframe almost all of your dps comes from your weapon. By nerfing the Frames themselves dps will not be altered at noticeable levels, so the weapon is nerfed instead.

You need to buy the components blueprints, then build those and THEN you build zephyr. I think in total you'll need around 600 oxium. have fun with that

The mechanics are more similar to those of Brink than Warframe.
So is its story mode. Its polished off a lot better though

And not really hybrid. ( it's just a big infested that absorbed more stuff) .. and is pretty easy to beat with a decent build and team
PS/ stop being such a downer :p
It is fun to bring new players into it though and watch them struggle :)

Ash is the only ninja in a game that claims to be a ninja game.
His job is being awesome and being able to kill a large group of enemies without setting off a single alarm.
Sadly the way that the game is now, killing enemies silently is rather... inefficient...

I actually died while walking down a hallway a few moments ago from purely grineer light damage(I was playing a Loki). I honestly think that the new grineer stuff is antifun.

Believe it or not my own clan actually started recruiting... new players :P
Anyway, the current "top-player race" is kind of disgusting. The score should be calculated by the average of all players in the clan who had participated, not the total.(as previously stated)

I sold my first frame (Volt) and have regretted it since.
I enjoy the pvp, despite its problems.

Update 13 Ahead : Sword Alone

I would say its safe to place update 13 in either the last week of April or the first week of May, though I could be wrong and it'll be in early April. Thats just what I think though.
I'm hoping for melee 2.0 long before update 13 though, but I'd say its a safe bet that the shipyards will becoming a permanent addition to the tileset in this update. I'd say it'd also be safe to expect an event featuring the new infested maps as well as dangly parts for your weapons™
