If Last Gasp is active when an undercroft segment of Duviri is completed, the Last Gasp UI will remain onscreen after the transition back to Duviri, staying in the state of charge it was in before the transition, with the label 'Undefined' beneath it in red, which I unfortunately lost the image of.
Upon entering another Undercroft, the screen was pure white on the transition screen until the mission loaded, whereupon things acted normally until I swapped to drifter, after which I instantly died, only to find that I'd gotten an additional 8 revives atop what I'd had prior.
I also now have an additional 4 decree choices on all decrees, and an additional 15 rerolls.
Overall the whole transition seems to have a lot of weirdness when interacting with Last Gasp.
