I had a 21% toxin Kuva Bramma and a 35% toxin Kuva Bramma. I used Valence Fusion on the 35% bramma to fuse the 21% bramma into it. I didn't pay attention to the results screen, but it said the bramma fusion should result in around 40%. After the fusion, it's only showing 21%. I leveled it up to 30, and it's still 21%. I tried logging out and back in, and it's still 21%
