  1. Keep an eye out for Alerts/events that feature ORO, when completed the node does unlock and counts/works for Steel Path progression even when the gametype changes to whatever that alert/event may be and does not involve Vay Hek, such a thing has happened before, 1 of my own MR0 alts got lucky on a previous alert/event on ORO.

And yeah Netracells are still cheesable even as MR0 using decent frames such as Mesa, Wisp or Titania, not much point tho given that you cant use Archon Shards leaving only arcanes as a reward which you can just get elsewhere.

Any news DE can share with us when we transition to the PS5. Will the game still load on the PS5 as if your on still on a PS4 or will Warframe be able to use the speed of the PS5 so we're not waiting at the doors of Cetus or Fortuna for 2min.

it should work out of he box tbh, I mean, why wouldnt it, consoles havent been consoles with custom hardware since the xbox360 and ps3, modern consoles are literally compact PC's, filled with PC components, the ps5 is just a ps4 with upgraded PC hardware, little to no work should be needed.

  3. The good old helminth charger must still be partially blind, it still stands around most of the time surrounded by mobs while not attacking anything, then randomly later decides to take down a few mobs before going idle again or just running around following you.  This has been reported more than once and for quite a while, any updates on the reasons/issues/upcoming fixes?

Look friend, if the difficulty in understanding things in warframe is wrong? If it is wrong, but that's DE's problem, they are to blame for that, and on the new content, in all games as a service, the new content is only They can be accessed if you are a veteran, for example warcraft, whenever an update comes out in those updates, only veterans can access it, so you are going to give new content to new players ?, to overwhelm them ?, and if when they see a new update they attract players, but that does not mean anything, I mean that because you are new you can already access a kuva lich and it destroys you all the time when you do not even have an operator?, what obsession do they have with bringing new content for new players? Let them enjoy the existing content and when they get to the new content they feel good, feel like they are veterans and that they are veterans in order to access the new content.

the problem is not overwhelming new players, it is simply trying to attract them to the game, they cannot do that by advertising old content, which is why new content typically has to be made available in some way or form, otherwise any influx of new players simply lose interest when they see they cannot play the things they saw that interested them.  this is why "some" parts of open world were made accessible straight away.

  5. even with "new" players mixed in, lets be real, it only takes 1 well geared person to cheese pretty much any mission, even railjack, also locking out potential new customers from new content only serves to isolate them from contributing to the new stuff or taking a look at it, who in their right mind would watch a trailer or preview of the latest and greatest thing, ump in to try thegame and find out you arent going to get a hint of that "cool stuff" they saw until waaaaaaaaaay later.

And that waaaay later only happens if they have the time/patience but mostly patience to wade through a game universally known for 6+ years for leaving you high and dry and pushing you to a 3rd party wiki site for clarification on pretty much everything of worth.

  6. A Rhino with best efficiency with big range and lowish duration (no need for high dur, because demolysts constantly clear CC rapidly), just spam stomps while unleashing an opticor vandal with radiation/cold in its face while keeping that stomp up, works very well, nice and easy.

That weapon mentioned above is a repeating event, there is also the option of other heavy hitting weapons, i used to use a rubico sniper rifle well enough.

Another alternative to Rhino for spamming crowd control is ofc nova augmented with Molecular Fission, or a nekros with Creeping Terrify.

  7. when they first adopted the console'esque UI in favor of the older/easier/clearer/faster to navigate PC version, there was a very, very clear "like it or lump it" attitude, this has not changed and DE has only doubled down in their efforts to remove anything easy to understand in their UI and replacecing them for confusing icons that tell you nothing.

The only (much needed) backtrack i recall is when they removed that stupid rotating snooker ball planet view on the "new" nav screen and going back to a more acceptable solar map view.

Yea that sucks big time. I hope this is unintended as it was my perception that primaries (as its name implies) should be the primary source of damage, not the other way around.

wouldnt be the first time, i remember the kulstar outperforming the likes of the ogris by a far margin at 1 time, same applies to several other weapons.

  9. thats just how the game is, its a reason why many people that used to like looooong survivals/defence started doing shorter runs, just incase this happens, thankfully it happens so little that its not a major issue, just very annoying when it does happen on long runs or rewarding .

Uhm... every patch for every game needs the certification process on consoles. This has nothing to do with Warframe. It's just that Warframe doesn't have a QA team, or better PC is their QA team. Warframe needs to put out a lot of patches in a short period of time, for example right after a big update, on order to fix stuff. And certification takes time.
And this certification is important, because console manufacturers have to test patches so that they don't brick the system. Just imagine a patch doesn't get tested and the console shuts down without any way of fixing it...

several vetted/certified games have bricked or near bricked consoles before, anthem being one of the more recent ones last i read about it.  also there are several games out there that do not have to be certified by sony/microsoft, ofc these are all exceptions from the "big" name companies out there that get that privilege.

  11. you can run multiple clients, but unlike borderlands2 you cannot control 1 with keyboard/mouse and the other with controller, warframe doesnt give the option to activate/deactivate a controller per client, if 1 detects/uses a controller the other does the same, also the 2nd cannot be controlled when out of focus, its a problem ive not managed to find a solution too for ages.

You can run more than 1 client on 1 PC, but only controlled separately, and as others have said you cannot have them interact together, as in key/riven share, trade between each other etc, you can however run more than 1 and run them together but play 1 at a time as if both did not exist in each others eyes, handy if you are using your normal accoutn and a challenge account or fresh runthrough the game.

Like others ive got bored/restarted warframe several times with differing goals and have multiple accounts, they are all played independently of each other so is perfectly legal, if anyone can find a way to direct a controllers input to a specific window then yeah warframe coudl splitscreen easily, ive done it from as far back as 2014 and still do it to swap between accounts and play them 1 at a time.

A possible solution is 1 of the multi seat programs such as aster or similar software that lets you use 1 pc and run more than 1 monitor/mouse/keyboard/user account at the same time, more of a pain to setup but at least works, the problem with that however is that if 1 user crashes the machine hard the other obviously goes with them.
