Before I begin this, I want to say it has been a very long time since I played the new strange quest. So this does not really affect me, and I first ran into it on my second account about a week ago, and passed it off as it was just glitches on my end. However I seen a new player in the steam forums mention something similar to what I faced, so I decided to use my main account and give it a test:
1) Scan Subjects take on the ability of a Shockwave Moa. When I did my first try, I used Nidus, where the scan subject took on the ability of a infected moa, mixed with Nidus' Virulence ability.
2) You can use one maybe two Siphon Kinetic Lures, any more used in the mission are wasted and will not lock the scan subject down for a scan, so the player needs to chase the subject around, or restart the mission and hope they can be quicker in the scan.
3) Scan subject upon being locked down with Kinetic Lures, will just hover in the air, for a undefined amount of time.
I made a video to show the above, and again I reporting the bug on behalf of the new players, as this could get very frustrating for them/

A huge thank you for this. I am kind of late to playing RailJack and I prefer it over the "normal" missions as I play solo (if I can do it, then anyone can). I had no idea RJ was capable of alot actually due to the fact that information on it is rather, shall we say lacking. This post was a huge help.

It's already been explained they are not. When you do a mission in RJ, the rewards screen shows you how many intrinsics you have total, not just how many you gained during the mission. If you had 5, ran a mission, then the EoM screen showed you have 6, that means you have 6, not that you gained 6 during the mission. Similarly, when you started with 6 and ran a mission and the EoM screen showed you had 8 intrinsics, that means you now have 8, not that you gained 8 during the mission. Try it out. Run the same mission over and over without spending any points and you'll see your total increase every time. It's not realistic to think you are gaining that many more intrinsics every time you run the same mission.
ah. I will blame it on the wee hours of the morning for this, and the mix up.

How did you get intrinsics when helping someone collect murmurs? Since when are Liches in the Railjack missions?huh? umm no. I never mentioned a thing about Liches. In Fact I never mentioned about helping someone and liches. I did mention about if those points are wiped clean when you go into a normal mission (the ones you need the orbiter for), or when you log out of the game. I sense Sly Tenno be's sly here.

Hmm, I think I may have derped trying to explain myself. Here is a screen shot to show what intrinsic numbers I was going by. Today there was Eight but then I went off to help someone collect murmurs. Those points are now gone and I have the eight I just earned.

Before I add this as a bug I thought I would ask if it is normal to have the Intrinsic points you earn from a rail jack mission reset? Doing Railkack solo I noticed it last night when I had five and then went to bed. When I went to play again, at the end of the mission I earned six (so a total of eleven), however when I entered dry dock all I had was the six, which I though was no big thing as I might have spent the previous ones.
Just did another mission earning eight (so I should have a total of fourteen), but all it shows is the eight I just earned. So, is this a bug or can you not bank your Intrinsic when you go to the "normal" missions and/or log out of the game?

If steam achievements are correct, it is telling me only 0.9% of the players have a Railjack. Put what (little) stock you want into that, as I am not sure if Steam is really accurate after seeing that it is reporting only 2.9% of it's player base have entered a dry dock.

Getting tired of this being forced into co-op, where if you go with randoms they will just AFK so you still end up doing it all solo, or when you do trying to ask for help in chat (Clan, Allies,) or forums (Steam, here, etc) what you end up seeing is "Git gud, I did it solo". So really what is the point of co-op if you come back full circle to your original play method?
Last time I checked on Steam, PS4, and Nintendo Switch it was rated as Single player, not "Single player when we feel like it".

Just got mine, gave it a test. Love it so far. It will replace me using the Cernos Prime and Dread now.

As someone that was kick banned from the Warframe Discord due to actually trying to be helpful over the Nekros faux pas of tennocon, I am saying pffft on that and joining in on this.
I am in Mountain time, have been watching from 6pm Mountain time to current time 8:14pm mountain, and I have not received the drop. I have twitch prime, linked account and currently downloading the rainjack update. So maybe it will be in there.

I am hoping this is in the right section, and I cannot tell if it is just a isolated incident (ie: just me), or others are experiencing the same and have not reported it; however in the last two days of owning (or being owned by) a Vasca Kavat, I have noticed this problem where Mika does this whole "now you see me, now you don't" trick, including wanting to put me on edge with not having a head. Cannot really say the armor is the issue, as when I first (dare I say) hatched (??) Mika, as a kitten she would disappear behind the orbiter ramp that leads up to ship navigation.
Luckily, I have her disappearing, and reappearing without a head trick on video. Some parts are sped up so as not to bore the viewer.

Returning to the game after taking a vacation from it, so naturally the first thing I do is get to making of one the vampire space kitty. After it was made I went out to level her up, you know the usual jazz.
However something I noticed two things about the precept Draining Bite that lead to some questions. The first question is this mod on a timer? I ask as I first had this mod in the left side second row precept polarity and it did nothing, so moved it to the first row on the left hand side and it seemed to kick in every min plus, so is this an intended thing or a glitch on my end?
The second thing I noticed is when I use Draining Bite with Pack Leader it seems either two cancel each other out, or Draining Bite stops Pack Leader from working, again is this a glitch on my end or how it is intended to work? If it is the Latter, then I will stick with my regular Kavat, and wait form Transfusion to be available to it.

Got 125 kuva from rotation B and 175 kuva from rotation C, by way. Along with infested specter bp and some endo.
I wish kuva could be traded. I have 9,440 of the stuff, which I guess came from the Kuva Fortress, the Sacrifice quest and twitch drops. Yes, I know you need it to roll rivens, and create a few frames, but I am the odd one as I am not interested in either.

It started with me just jumping into a public game not expecting anything. Just the usual go and be helpful with VS and occasional lures as well as use my 4 (I play harrow for now because I'm still not ready for volt, chroma, etc). What happened was these two players, not giving names, told me not to use my "power" and "ability". I didn't understand what they meant so I just kept doing what I do. I assumed they meant to not use covenant so I didn't but they said to not use my ability again even though I was just helping out with taking the shields down and notusing covenant. I assumed they meant to not use VS for now so I waited until hydro and then I used them. Once it was done I asked the player to help me understand what I did wrong but they said "no ty". I think they didn't want me to use harrow's 4, dash to eidolons head to proc virtuos shadow (my energy color is a very white but dark purple and you can still see through it but I've darkened it more now), or use VS. Whatever the case may be, I hope someone here can help me figure out what I did wrong. If not then that's alright.
I doubt it is you, and it is more along the lines of elite gamer syndrome. It is not exclusive to warframe, however you do run into those that types all the time. Just shrug it off and keep playing how you want.

Well, as the support team does not work on weekends and today is the first day back, I would say may get a response in the next few days due to answering tickets in the order that they are received. Just give it some time, which I know is not something you want to hear but it is the best I can say.

That makes no sense. This is not a case of "A" is related to "B" so hence the logical explanation is "C".
For Starters, Support Staff do not work weekends, as they need time off as well. After seeing some of my trouble tickets get answered at 11pm my time (mountian) which means 1am their time (eastern) you can see why the staff deserve time off.
Second as per DE's website (see below) all tickets are answered in order they are received. If you put your ticket in on Friday night, then I wager DE might answer it Wednesday or Thursday (note: This is not a official turn around time, as I have zero idea what the que looks like). Sure it would be nice to get that instant reply, but give them time to get to your ticket and help you out.

Same issue here, and I am running Windows 11 with a AMD Radeon RX 6800S. Side note, cannot record game play with the windows game capture software as all I get is a black screen. Going to have to dust off my old tired laptop with a Nvida 1080i and switch it from linux to windows to see if things are the same.
