Yes looks like it happens on DX11 as well.

[Performance degrade over time during resource farm.]

After a few minutes into a resource farm my FPS drops significantly. At the start of the misison I have 300-400 fps and at the end I have like sub 20 fps drops.

 

 

 

[Lanka less dmg]

After the last hotfix my lanka has less dmg.

Before hotfix I could kill teralyst with 2/3 shot (chroma buff). (4 when unlucky)

And I could destroy limb without chroma buff with only 2 shots. 

Now I have a problem with destroying limbs (even with chroma buff).

My lanka has:

12,292 radiation dmg

93.7% CC (Lanka Critapha)

4.4x CD

Before hotfix I could 1-shot limb with Velocitus and Chroma buff (yellow crit).

Anyone has similar problem?
