To all those dissapointed about lack of detron/ui/melee2.0/royale with cheese/whatsoever- seriously? Just wait for it, your attitude is pathetic.

Since other guys here already stated that it is possible to run Warframe on your Intel GPU and it still doesn't work, check if your settings aren't still tuned for Radeon- you should be able to access some basic graphics settings in launcher- make sure you have Direct X11 unchecked as well as multithread rendering. If switching those features off doesnt help, I've no idea what is it

nope. Exterminate missions are fine in my opinion. Spending more than 5min in non def/mobile/survival shouldn't be odd and wrong. Some mobs are left at the end of mission? You and your racer team aren't thorough enough.

my thoughts exactly- if not exoskeleton, then certainly I would love to see some really distinctive texturework on him. As of now he's just bigger and red, but basically same as crewman

My every warframe and almost every weapon that passes initial subjective awesomeness test is potatoed :) I have Excal, but early in the game I decided to spend some plat on new frame and immediately bought Volt, which was OP on first three tilesets and I fell in love with it. Also i got my Rhino components relatively easy so once I had Rhino I didn't bother to touch Excalibur...
That said, I might try Loki but I am not very convinced. I've read many topics on him, and I acknowledge he is powerful frame with pretty unique playstyle, tho I am not sure whether it is "my" playstyle. So no, Loki will have to wait a bit more till I try him.
I also usually don't play female characters in such games, call it weird but being male I like to stay male in the game (with sissy clothes on, ok, but male :D ). So there's that- it limits me to couple frames ;)
Only thing that really keeps me from putting forma on Volt is proc damage that gets high later on- I almost bled out the other night playing on Phobos. Playing same missions with Vauban I somehow manage to keep everyone on safe distance or cripple them enough to mitigate good chunk of damage and bad things coming my way, but playing Volt I find myself in trouble pretty often. I begin to wonder if it isn't flaw in my tactics rather than frame's problem.

Hello all!
I have couple warframes on lvl 30. I already forma'd Booben 3 times and I feel upgrading him further will not help me anymore, so I wanted to shift my interest to something new.
I have Volt which I love, although I am concerned about his usefulness in late game- I already have problems survivng some missions using him and I am speaking only of Phobos missions so far. That said I sometimes play solo, if I can't find any squad.
Second choice would be Frost which I like very much too- he has decent survivability, but he feels tad slow and as a supporter and CC inferior to Vauban.
Third choice which I also like is Rhino, but he already feels like "easy mode" so I am not sure if I really need to forma him.
Fourth could be Oberon which seems fine too.
Which would you choose? I am in Sedna/Phobos/Saturn right now and while Booben requires some planning and caution he is perfectly viable even solo there. I would like to have another frame from those above upgraded decently to be used as my second choice whenever I feel I need a change from Vauban's playstyle :)

Gorgon is fun to use, but it's subjective in my case- i like the weapon's feel and aesthetics more than Soma's. It's worse in terms of damage it can dish out, but it doesn't mean it's bad. I'd rather think of Soma being freakishly good. Plus, it requires lower mastery rank, which in my case was the reason to get it in first place.

thanks! TBH, I never played Saryn and never cared to see what powers she has (male-frames only here, hehe)- I liked the meaning and sound of it and decided it will fit the weapon :)

Yep salvage is hard to get early on, but it will start raining on you soon enough. As for gorgon- i received it's BP from daily reward and while it's fun gun it needs some serious modding and preferably "forming" to shine- you might be dissapointed at the begining but personally I like it very much once I figured how to use it :) /offtopic

When you "forma" something it's rank is reseted to 0. It's tradeoff for adding/modifying polarity of chosen slot on that item.
That said- I'd advise against "forming" before boss fights, although if you feel you need to upgrade either Loki or any of your weapons, you can level it relatively fast on survival missions granted you join team- best for you in terms of fast leveling would be to join team doing Apollodorus in Mercury (I'm almost 100% my spelling here failed, but it's close enough).
If I were you, I'd farm Rhino without forming anything, then decide if you rather want to stick with Rhino or you prefer Loki more. Also relatively close to where you are now is Earth with Councilor Hek who drops Oberon parts, so that would be your third frame that deserves consideration in terms of using forma.

My concept was last-minute design, because I learnt about contest couple hours before closing, from facebook. That resulted in couple bad decisions I've made- mainly I haven't thought about how that weapon would fit to body when not used. Maybe if blade retracted and grip would somehow fold it could remain on forearms, or maybe be placed on thighs, but those are feeble ideas. Plus, after submitting I've noticed that weapon similiar in principles (grip idea) was already there...
That said I've seen many nice designs there and I'm not talking about pro art- many people that usually don't touch pencils made some great designs by explaining how their weapon would work with couple simple drawings- I hope DE won't overlook them in favor of loads of artsy stuff there :)

Hey guys and gals!
I normally don't do fanarts, but with Warframe style and feel I couldn't resists and finally made Grineer character concept- lieutenant Rokh.
I missed the melee weapon contest a bit, so my only contribution was pretty rough sketch of a weapon, so I've used it here to make my character unique. Hope you'll dig it!
I also post some "in progress" shots and original weapon image from contest entry.
