After the hotfix things add up. 192% buff at 640% strength. Not sure when they changed subsumed roar from 1/3 to .3, but I think that is where my math went wrong.

With archon shards (with power strength buff) equipped I max out at 188% roar in mission. With NO archon shards equipped I max out at 188% roar in mission. I tested this in mission solo, with the same frame, with the same build, only changing archon shards. defiantly seams like a bug to me.

I can confirm this Bug. Roar on my wisp is not affected by my 5 Tauforged Crimson Arcon Shards all with 15% strength buff. Full Kit with shards I got 188% buff. I unequipped the shards to test and still got 188%. Please fix this bug.
